**Appalling service!**

I ordered a replacement door online after discovering that the original door we had was already damaged — something we hadn’t realised until we came to hang it.

I chose to order online and collect in store because the service is advertised as being quick and convenient. Unfortunately, that was far from my experience.

I waited **20 minutes just to be served**, only to then be handed a **damaged door**.

I was told there were only four members of staff working on a busy Sunday. However, that really isn’t an excuse for the level of service. There were people queuing at the tills as well as in the collection area, with clearly not enough staff to manage the demand.

To wait 20 minutes for a collection and then be given a damaged item is completely unacceptable. The whole experience was frustrating, inconvenient and certainly not the quick collection service that was advertised.

I am now having to travel to a different store for another door as it was the last one!

We went into Wickes at Baguely to get some ideas for the layout in our new utility room. Hayley was brilliant - talked us through the various options of units, colour combinations, accessories etc. She then sent us a 360 walk around video. It’s now all installed and we are delighted

I went to Wickes Baguley store for my new kitchen. The design consultant, Mirza, was excellent and I couldn’t have got a better outcome. Initially I didn’t know what I wanted, Mirza used his knowledge and expertise to go through all available options. The cost and quality were key to me.

As Wickes have incredible discounts, Mirza helped me to stay in budget but get a higher quality kitchen using available discounts. I was delighted that Mirza respected my ideas on what I wanted, but also guided me on items which could not fit in the space. This steered me into getting a balanced number of units, that weren’t overbearing.

I wholly recommend the quality of the kitchens, and especially having staff, who go above and beyond, made the experience enjoyable. We went over time on the appointment, but Mirza was determined to make sure I saw all options available to make informed choices. Super designer with years of experience, that was entirely evident in his professionalism.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom! From the initial consultation to the final finishing touches, the whole experience was outstanding.
Our bathroom consultant Hayley was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She listened carefully to what we wanted, offered excellent advice, and helped us create a design that perfectly suits our home. Communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring.
A huge thank you as well to the installation team Raf and Jack from 7seven bathrooms and kitchens Ltd .They did an amazing job. They were friendly, punctual, hardworking, and showed exceptional attention to detail. Their workmanship is of the highest standard, and they left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished.
The finished bathroom has exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and high-quality bathroom renovation. Thank you all for your fantastic work!

Booked a design consultancy session at Wickes Baguley store with Tony Broadbent. Had a pre call with Tony to discuss and what I needed to bring on the day to be as efficient as possible (measurements, photos etc). Tony was absolutely brilliant: listened to my thoughts and ideas, made suggestions and recommendations for me to consider, drew up possible layouts and then shared samples, catalogues and different products. He was extremely informative and made excellent recommendations without being pushy - genuinely really enjoyed the session and will be going ahead with the designs. Huge thanks again and cant recommend Tony highly enough and the variety of items available goes well beyond what you see in store . Thanks. Max.

We worked with Mirza on plans for our utility room - he was super helpful, totally understood our brief and created a plan that was well within budget. But he also went out of his way to provide things we hadnt considered and ensure all details were attended to.

I purchased my kitchen from Wickes at Baguley, and I can honestly say the whole experience has been exceptional from start to finish. What I expected to be a stressful and complicated process turned out to be smooth, well-organised, and actually enjoyable.

A big part of that is down to Hayley, who supported me through the design and planning stage. She was incredibly patient, approachable, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Rather than pushing a “one size fits all” design, she made sure she understood my space and lifestyle, and her advice genuinely transformed the final result.

The installation was flawless, and the after sales care has been just as impressive. Any questions I had were dealt with quickly and with real attention, and it really felt like that level of care continued even after the kitchen was fitted. Hayley and the aftercare team went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that I was completely happy.

I would highly recommend Wickes at Baguley to anyone thinking about a new kitchen. They really deliver on every level, especially if you want a team that genuinely cares about getting it right from start to finish. Hayley in particular is outstanding, always professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.

We had a great experience with having our bathroom designed and fitted. Hayley was great with the design and getting everything ordered and booked in, and we also had a fantastic fitter who has done a brilliant job (KBL Construction). All the products are really good quality and we're delighted with our finished bathroom.

Very nervous about beginning the journey to referb a bathroom. Haley made this very simple with ease and made it enjoyable for us. Very helpful at each step, was able to suit a budget and talk us through each step.
So happy with Haleys(design consultant) work very professional and approachable.

I went to Wickes Baguley to look at kitchens. I was unsure what I wanted , but had measured up. I met Hayley. She was so helpful and thorough.She designed an amazing kitchen. I am extremely pleased with the result.

As a builder with Wickes trade card, you expect to have the discount on all items - as showing on the website. Went to store and I wasn't give the discount on reduced items! Misleading information when the site shows 10% EVERY time you shop!

We dealt with Tony Broadbent at Wickes, Baguley who was so helpful from the start. He listened to what we wanted when he came on the initial visit. His plans looked good on paper and they enabled us to fine tune our requirements. Our second visit to the store to finalise things helped us make the final tweaks and nothing was too much trouble for Tony. We received excellent service and now we await the final part of the jigsaw, "the fitting." Thank you Tony and Wickes, Baguley.

Tony at the Wickes Baguley store is brilliant! We had a kitchen design appointment with him and found him knowledgeable, patient and most importantly honest. We felt no pressure (unlike at another well known kitchen supplier) and the kitchens look to be great quality.

Excellent service very helpful staff, a very nice lady named Keeley helped us with our order and set up they are also very knowledgeable.

Tony Broadbent was our consultant, we showed him our previous design and measurements that we had hsd done previously by another kitchen designer. In no time he had drawn up a plan of our kitchen layout with the spec we had discussed with him. Very professional /helpful and honest with what he offered us. He covered all bases.

Tony was brilliant when designing my kitchen. He listened carefully, came up with great ideas, and made the whole process easy and stress free. The final design makes really good use of the space and looks great. I’m very pleased and would happily recommend him.

Second kitchen from Wickes this time just changing the doors because after 14 years the units are still perfect.
And after 14 years we even got the same sales person Tony Broadbent, and just as helpful and friendly as last time. 5 star service even though we kept changing our minds.
Long service is something you get when the company you work for values their staff and the staff value the product.

From the get go we had a great rapport with Tony, he was knowledgeable, personable, funny and not at all pushy!! We explained our needs and he delivered with recommendations and suggestions for the best kitchen. We personally cannot recommend Wickes highly enough and are really looking forward to receiving our new kitchen!

Tony Broadbent was very professional by fully explaining how the service works ahead of my appointment. Visiting the house ahead of the instore appointment to get accurate measurements and have a conversation about the possible design in person was a valuable experience and left me feeling assured that the he had a good sense of the space and offered suggestions that I had not considered.

Wickes planned and installed a new wet room for us, the designer Hayley took us through the design process and even though we changed our times came out with an excellent design for us. The installers (7 Seven Bathrooms & Kitchens Ltd) were excellent, they were clean and tidy and worked very hard, they finished in 5 days when we expected it to take twice that long, the finish was great and we are very happy with it. The Wickes support staff were also great, keeping us informed all the way and making sure we were happy.
