I went to buy a heavy item and get others delivered. The staff were great. Really helpful and obliging, especially Jay who offered to help me straight away. He will go far with his great attitude. All seemed to know a lot about the products and exactly what I needed. I also had to change a delivery date and again, they were great. Such a refreshing change. Well done all.

From the beginning of my ordering all staff and installers were helpful, professional, and provided excellent help especially in choosing the products and colour scheme.
The fitters, electricians, plumbers and tilers all did excellent work.
However I must highlight 2 people. Gemma who helped with the design and cour scheme was excellent. Patient, understanding my requirements Nd providing excellent suggestions. She was also available for queries at any time and was very helpful when I got a bit nervous.
Secondly Adam. He worked so hard to ensure everything was of a high quality
I would absolutely recommend wickes of Banbury.

I would like to mention a young lady called Bethany who has served me many times at the checkout in the Banbury store. She has the best customer service skills I have witnessed in a very long time. She is an extremely helpful and pleasant young lady who has time for every customer. She is a credit to herself and the store.

I needed to come here and write a review it’s not often I do but Andrew at wickes went above and beyond in store for me he not only answered all my questions but he gave me time and effort even going as far as explaining to me three different ways to do the project based on cost efficiency I’ve not really seen that level of effort or help other DIY stores or in a work place at all really so yes I will be coming back to wickes for my next project now that my arched doorway is complet and I hope to see Andrew again!

Amazing service at the banbury store from two young men named Jay and Tony. Helpful. Polite. Repectful. Wicks are lucky to have them. These two are evidence that there is a lot of hope for this country yet. Also the delivery man was really helpful and friendly. He carried the materials round to my back garden without being asked. wicks seem to have got things right with their staff and should be congratulated. I won't go anywhere elsenow.

Went to look at your kitchens, really helpful member of staff, certainly 5 *(sorry didnt get her name) . Purchased wood and other items, Tony at the checkout was brilliant, very helpful, another 5*. Then we were dealt with by Andrew, a manager, might I suggest he brushes up on his customer service skills. 5* doesn't reflect on him!!

Disappointed as I use the store a lot. From initial till meet, no please, no thank you. Click and collect was not actually even ready so spent 20 mins waiting. Even though message said ready.

Will probably go elsewhere after this experience. Not the best at all.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
STAFF ARE UNDER TRAINED AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
AS APPROACHING THE TILL I WAS TOLD THE STAFF MEMBER (CLAUDIA) NEEDED A MANAGER TO PUT THE PURCHASE THROUGH THE TILL, SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO FAFF ABOUT FOR 10 MINUTES TO THEN CALL THE MANAGER WHO WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN,
THIS IS THE SECOND INCIDENT WITH THIS STORE,
I WILL BE REPORTING TO HEAD OFFICE AGAIN UNFORTUNATELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Absolutely fantastic customer support on our recent visit. We needed some help on choosing the right paints for our bathroom, Katy, Tony and Paige were all very knowledgeable and kind. Really appreciate the help they provided and their patience with us! Will absolutely visit again, what a wonderful team! :)

Managed to get all the materials I needed and had great service from Bethany who recommended signing up for a trade card with a quick explanation of the benefits 👍

Very happy with the service so far, Trevor came out did a lovely design for our new bathroom. Couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you.

Lovely chap came out for the free bathroom design service. However, I’m afraid we wasted his time. It does not say on the website that Wickes do not do partial refits, we only wanted and new bath and shower, plus partial tiling. Apparently the sub contractors they use will only do full refits. He offered to help source the replacement parts from Wickes so I could do it myself or find my own contractor, but that all he could offer. I will now have to do it myself and source the replacement bath and shower refit online from various sources and not exclusively Wickes. It’s a shame it is all or nothing.

I would like to thank Mr. Trevor Williams for all his help from the beginning of the process to the end. He provided us with all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. He also gave us useful advice to help us achieve the desired result.

Trevor was exceptional at listening to what I wanted and turning my information into a design that I had in mind and a good value for money quote.

We are really pleased about our recent kitchen bought from Wickes in Banbury. Trevor designed a first class kitchen which was expertly fitted by Dean and his team.

I’ve just been to Wickes Banbury and I was bowled over by the helpful nature of two young staff members who aided me in
my quest for patination oil. And they didn’t do that thing when sometimes you go into a DYI shop and you’re made to feel
Like an idiot. Brilliant fellas, thank you.

Gemma was great and really helped us get things started after not really knowing how to start.

We had a kitchen extension to an existing Wickes kitchen and Gemma made sure we got everything just how we wanted, wasn’t pushy and really took the time to double check everything.

Trevor was a great knowledgeable bathroom guru!!!

Visited Wickes Banbury on multiple occasions, have always found Andrew very friendly and approachable
