A young lad called Justin was very helpful. They didn’t have what I needed but he checked the website and google.

Was in town, needed sealant in hurry, guy near door took me straight to it. Served quickly, no problem

Great experience at Wickes Boston. Magda was super helpful, efficient and polite. She went through my order so I knew exactly what I required. If she didn't know she asked her colleague.

Only nipped in the Boston branch for some fix all. Pity about the server on the tills, male non English, spoke with an accent. Too busy looking at his mobile phone watching whatever rather than concentrating on the customer. Great service NOT.

Just ordered a new bathroom from Shelley at wicks in Boston, could not of asked for better service, she came in to meet us on her day off, and put up with our continuous changing mind on layout without even a murmur. This is what true customer service is about, let hope the product matches the service when we receive it.

Wickes really helped us with a project to help repurpose some green space for a garden makeover for our local Grammar School. Danya couldn’t have been more helpful. Looking forward to the next phase and seeing how things turn out

We have just had our new kitchen designed and fitted by Wickes. The entire process, from the design consultant's first home visit, through the design and installation, was smooth and stress free.

We had waited many years to be able to undertake this project. We were thrilled thar our designer, Emily, listened so carefully to our requirements and responded with creative ideas and solutions.

The installation itself was as smooth as could be. The kitchen fitter and all the tradesmen were hard working, reliable, careful and clean and tidy.

Our new kitchen is a dream come true. It looks beautiful, it's brilliantly practical for our family of six and it has transformed our meal times already!

Our experience with Wickes as been excellent so far. Shelley Grogan planned and designed our kitchen to our specifications which we was very happy with. We are looking forward to receiving our new kitchen so we can get started.

I needed help to find the product I wanted to buy so asked for assistance. Mikey could not have been more helpful and polite and even had the consideration to help me carry items to my car. Please find time to congratulate him.

We used Wickes to install a family bathroom for us. 14 months later it is still not finished, with multiple sealant issues and poor tiling has dangerous sharp edges on the tile edge trims and has an electrical socket not attached to a wall. They are refusing to make safe or tackle these so it is now with the ombudsman. They are still forcing us to pay for it and have activated the finance agreement despite all the multiple issues acknowledged by them not being resolved. Will never consider them again.

I had a great experience with Wickes when designing my new kitchen. Shelley was fantastic—she took the time to go through all my options, offering helpful advice and ensuring everything suited my needs. Her expertise and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We purchased a toilet from Wickes about 3 weeks ago but 2 days after installation the cistern flush mechanism became defective. The Boston store quickly arranged a replacement which fixed the problem. However after 3 weeks of use the toilet bowl had become blocked on 4 occasions. The toilet bowl is badly designed with tight narrow bends causing it to block easily. I phoned Boston Wickes and spoke to John who fully understood the need to sort out the problem. As the issue was the design of the toilet bowl he arranged for us to see the range they had in stock and we choose one we thought would work better. After paying the price difference we were being helped into the car with our replacement toilet. Fingers crossed this one flushes OK. Thank you all at Wickes Boston especially John

Visited wickes twice this week, fantastic customer service.
Especially Danya, super helpful and reassuring, as someone who suffers from severe anxiety Danya was helpful, reassuring and kind.

Went in today, Saturday to look at bathrooms and kitchens with the view to ordering both from Wickes
Had previously picked up brochures from Wickes Grantham and had made a decision about both and as Boston is closer I thought I’d order from there.
Disappointed that after around 15 minutes of standing around waiting to get attention I was still being ignored by the 1 bloke and 2 women sat at their desks
Instead of ordering my kitchen and bathroom I was left to listen to the women discussing someone who it seemed was in hospital and had an open wound that needed packing to absorb the fluid in it 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮
Not really what I wanted to hear
Finally got chap asking if I needed any help but he really didn’t seemed to fussed about helping me

Shame on Boston

I’m not even going back to order from Grantham but elsewhere now.

Loss of 2 orders and installation which would’ve been around £10,000.

Never mind I’m sure you didn’t need my custom anyway
