I brought and paid up front for a kitchen to be fitted by Wickes, there are 16 issues including holes left in the outside of units where holes were drilled. rubbish left in the garden, holes left in walls kitchen top all in parts like a jigsaw, skirting boards out of line. I have been emailing and phoning for 10 months and nothing has been done, the fitter asked for more money on final day which was more than quoted my wife paid as I was out, they will not give me a list of the so called extra works.

Bought a pack of skirting boards online from Wickes and delivered by a courier as item comes from a 3rd party, They are the wrong ones that my builder ordered. I tried returning to my local store but was told that they won't accept online orders for returns and was to contact customer services, which i did 4 times now, been told something different each time but today after being on hold for 30 mins I've been told that I must wait up to 14 days for the 3rd party to contact me to get my item collected but if in that time the item gets damaged in anyway I won't receive my refund, now this is a pack of 4.2 meter skirting boards, we are having building works in the house so no safe place to keep it, so I told her that the only place is in the garden, I was then told again that if it's not received in the same condition as it was delivered then I won't get my refund. I was then told to return it back to the chatham store where I originally took it and was told they won't accept it. This is totally unacceptable from a company like Wickes, I had to hire a van to take the skirting back 1st time, I'm certainly not doing it for a second time. But if I don't I stand a good chance my refund won't take place so I'm stuck.
I will never use Wickes again as the customer services is dreadful, now looks like I've lost £120, cos they dont care at all.

My wife arrived at the Chatham store and was met by Nicki. My wife is disabled but Nicki organised all of the goods required and all others were ordered. She then loaded the car for my wife making the experience brilliant.

I would like to thank Wickes Chatham for helping me bring my kitchen to life. From my consultation with Tyrone Knight to the installation with Will Coombes and with Freya - customer experience coordinator. Tyrone was kind and helpful and was able to support me in my vision. He spoke through the process and managed to take the stress and concerns away. Once confirmed, Wickes delivered my kitchen, and the delivery men were kind and courteous. My installer Will did a sterling job installing my kitchen. There were a lot of issues that needed to be addressed but Will managed to contact the trades people to do this. He kept me updated every step of the way and kept as tidy as he could. Freya - customer experience coordinator was great and kept in contact regularly making sure the work was progressing and to let her know if I had any queries. I could not have envisioned my kitchen to turn out the way it did if it wasn’t for The Wickes team. They have all been absolutely fabulous!

I wish there was a 0 star option. If you're thinking to get a kitchen from Wickes DO NOT BOTHER!!!!!!!!
This is the worst customer service ever. 1 month from the kitchen delivery the issue with missing parts have still not been resolved. At no point did anyone from Wickes ask if I've received everything in my order or apologise for the poor service and lack of action in resolving the issue. I have been in store twice and emails back and forth to request for the item to be able to put one of the cupboard together but nothing. No care taken at all. There is no system, no effective communication between staff or their teams as seen. The kitchen quality its nothing to what they have in the showroom. Totally different, and same as IKEA flat pack. But at least IKEA can pack properly their items and you get everything to be able to put the together. For a kitchen that is £13,000 to not get any responses or trying to resolve the issue to ensure customer satisfaction is appalling and disappointing.

I was only chased with emails and phonecalls until I purchased the kitchen after that they no longer if you get a kitchen or not as they got the money!

Don't waste your time and get stress, it's not worth it. Do your research before!!!

Visited the Chatham branch over the weekend. Tom in particular was really helpful. Great service and good prices.

We visited the Chatham branch beginning of January and our designer was Ash. Ash was amazing. He understood our requirements and came up with a design we had not considered. Brian was our installer and did a fantastic job overcoming difficulties with the original bathroom and set-up. He was very hardworking. There were a couple of issues but both Ash and Brian sorted them with no problem. We had a completed bathroom by mid March. I would highly recommend Ash to design your bathroom. We are going back to Ash to design our kitchen.

Brilliant service from a guy in Wickes, I think called Ross. Caught him as I walked into the store and asked for help with a price for loft boards. Not only did he give me a price, but he lifted them, pushed them, opened a till to serve me and put them in my car.

I would highly recommend.

I was totally daunted about purchasing a new kitchen. However, Viv Cornwall from the Chatham branch was just so helpful. She listened to my ideas & drew up a design that totally fulfilled my vision. In addition Viv helped with the order & always came back to me if I had any questions. Thank you Viv you were fantastic I now have a brand new kitchen which I am more than pleased with.

Would like to give a big thank you to nikki for her help. She is a credit to wickes in chatham. 10 out of 10 😁

What a great experience with Cheryl. Designed was great and all the extra support was greatly appreciated. Cheryl was really helpful and was great at suggesting the best product for our project. Thanks Wickes you have some great people working for you.

Regular DIY visitor since moving to the area 3 years ago. Quite a small store, but always well stocked and helpful staff. Never had issues with any returns/refunds.

When I went into store I wasn't sure what I it was I needed exactly for my project. The staff were lovely and helped me obtain everything I needed. Store had plenty of stock, staff very helpful and was clean and everything well labeled.

Very friendly and helpful staff
