We have used Ash at the Chatham branch before so we knew what to expect and he didn’t disappoint.

Would 100% recommend visiting. A very friendly team who were more than happy to answer any questions I had about their products. Special thank you to Nikki for helping me upon my visit, a very valuable member of the team!

This is my local store and I’m made very welcome and nothing is never to much trouble. Very nice staff

Customer service was the best. Sam was extremely helpful helped me find all my screws and Nicki was very friendly

I visited the chatham wickes store today (Tuesday) and i was amazed by the service i have to say - not only did the staff go above and beyond to help me get all the items I needed for my project but I noticed even the security guard getting involved to help find some items. All in all great all round service, I also found the till staff to be so smiley & warm which throughly made me feel that my custom was really valued at the store.

100% recommended the chatham store for all your building needs....!! 🫶

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and tidy made my trip quick and easy.

I needed to support a bush in my garden. I located the necessary items at Wickes on line.
At Chatham Wickes the store assistant TERRY immediately understood my needs and led me to the area and helped me choose the items which would do the job and made useful suggestions. He then located a trolley to carry the items to the checkout. Payment was swift and efficient.
I am ancient and have limitations and greatly appreciate the help given by TERRY and will have no hesitation in returning to Wickes in the future.

This is my main store and they have been wonderful over the years. To name a few, Fiona, Callum, Mark, etc. great people.

I visited your Chatham store on Friday 24th Jan and was having trouble finding what I needed. A lady helped me find the bags of sand and a man carried them to the car for me. All the staff were very helpful and polite and I will go back again.

Staff very helpful, friendly and made my shopping experience pleasant.

Bespoke Kitchens
I am late leaving a review because I never write negative reviews, however I wish I had been made aware of these points before purchasing from Wickes.
Make sure you check fully your order before placing:- NOTHING CAN BE RETURNED
I agreed and paid for a full peninsula panel that wasn’t required
I queried being able to fit two full length end panels but they did not fit and hence could not be used but paid for
If you order extras for example, corner fitments and pull out larder units; you will still be supplied with the original shelves etc that you have to pay for, mine all had to be taken to the tip !
I found I paid and was supplied with so much that was of no use.

Would give 0* if possible!!!

Store Manager Mike is such a joke of a “manager”.
Ordered a kitchen in store on the 9/11/2024 at 10:30 AM. Was supposed to get everything on the day.
Received a call at 16:30 only to be told they havent got anything apart from the worktop in stock. Arranged a delivery for Tuesday 12/11/2024 between 7:00-12:00.
Received the work top at 9:30AM. Called customer service & it turned out there will be two deliveries, the 2nd will be between 13:30 & 16:30.
Called the store & store manager Mike was extremely rude over the phone. Refused any sort of information and just HUNG UP THE PHONE ON MY FACE!!!!

Ash at Wickes of Chatham done a fantastic job with our kitchen design and he came up with some really good ideas of things that we hadn't thought about or even thought was possible. Now that our kitchen has been fully installed, we are living the dream that Ash created for us! Thank you Ash & keep up the good work of making more dreams come true for others!

Had a new kitchen and oven installed July 24, two days after I noticed that the burners had discoloured I phoned customer service I was ask to send photos, then we noticed the oven seal loose and losing heat phoned no one could be bothered to help, phoned again I was promised that a engineer would call within the next week, never happen, I’ve since made a dozen emails and at least a dozen calls, I been given the absolute runaround by wicks customer service, a woeful response by all concerned.

Kitchen & Bathroom - JUST DON'T DO IT!
Wickes are a nightmare, poor design and awful customer service total shambles of a company.

Absolutely disgusting service. I placed my order on the 23rd July and you were quite happy to take nearly £3000 from me, delivery was arranged for the 29th so you had plenty of time to organize, waited all day for the delivery that got cancelled at the last minute with a message that it would be the next day 30th. No one contacted me with times or whether it was coming or not. I phoned Wickes' customer services four times and spoke to four different people; no one could give me any information, but they all said they would look into it for me and call me back; none of them had the curtesy to even call me back. Damage is done, I'm going to the store in the morning to cancel my order and get my money back. I shall also be giving you a review on Trust pilot so others do not get caught like I have.

I booked my kitchen to be delivered yesterday and received a message saying it would arrive by 6pm. I waited all day and the kitchen fitter waited all day and at the close of business a message arrived to say it would not be coming and was out for delivery the next day. Day two, my fitter and I have waited and again it has not arrived. The fitter rang Wickes customer service three times and each time was told some would contact us and nothing. This company was quick to take my money and the service is shocking. I would strongly advise not to use this company.

Although we did not go ahead with Wickes Kitchen, we thought Vivienne Cornwell was a really helpful designer and made the extra effort to design the bathroom for our specific needs. She then came around to measure everything to make sure all the measurements were correct.
