I went in Wickes for some bits and went to the till and a young lady called Brooke greeted me with a very big smile, she was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Thank you for making my day

I was on my way to work and needed a swift service. I was served by Tara who was well presented, warm, friendly, professional and efficient. She took my order number and quickly collected and gave me my order from the collection area. I was out the store within a few minutes and really appreciated the fast service. Tara was a very good representation of your company thank you. 5* service.

Jon from the Fareham store was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service

visited the fareham store to get my click and collect, received the email that it was ready within 10 minutes!! brilliant service, staff were friendly, ethan served me and helped me with my inquiries.

Went into wickes fareham and Brooke was so helpful with assisting me in finding the right product for the job. She was inquisitive, kind and enthusiastic. Definitely made the experience easier and will be returning 😁

If Wickes do not have your item in store..beware their delivery system and Customer Services Team. In the event of a problem you are pointed not to your store but central distribution.
In the store I paid thé delivery fee on à none store item ….but only one out of three items was delivered. Then the fun starts…Customer services are a shambles.
-We need photographs of the item delivered otherwise we can’t get authorisation
-We need all the packing
-etc
Many calls later I'm still waiting
I actually feel sorry for the poorly managed Customer services team, shackled by poor processes which deprives them of initiative and responsibility.

I was assisted by Jon C, who not only answered my enquiry, but went the extra mile to ensure that I was buying the right items for my needs, and further to explain how to carry out the task and things to be aware of.
I came away with my purchases, assured that I'd bought the correct items and empowered to do the job.
I simply cannot praise Jon C enough, and recommend him highly.

The staff who helped and advise me (Jon and Sus) were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The product was robust and exactly what I needed. The previous day another colleague had also been exceptionally good and helped me to decide what I required.

Sam Godwin at your Fareham branch was a pleasure to deal with. Personable, efficient and picked up on all those little points that are so important. We are delighted with the layout of the kitchen that he has prepared and are looking forward to the end result.

Redesign of our en-suite by Brett from the Fareham store. Brett listened to what we wanted to achieve and came up with a great design. Regular communication regarding deliveries which turned up on time. Rob Parker, our fitter did an amazing job, he had real attention to detail. Extremely pleased with the result.

Rating should be a 0! Company with the most appalling customer service. Spent £21,000 with them last summer for our kitchen suite. To list just a few of the problems: deliveries with multiple missing items not mentioned until the kitchen was in assembly, missing items being shipped and never showing up, delivery dates given and then nothing shows up, days taken off work to wait in for deliveries for vans to show up saying they didn't have what we needed and customer service team being disgracefully rude when we chased missing items.
After paying for the entire kitchen, we were told that the island worktop we ordered (approx value £2,100) was no longer in stock so we had to choose another worktop. We chose another that we were happy with, only for us to notice when it was fitted that is has a large visible join line down the middle that we were not made aware of when choosing. Our seamless island is now far from seamless.
After raising all of this to the customer service team, we were responded to for the first month and now they've taken to just completely ignoring us for the last 3 months. The customer service from everyone we encountered was quite frankly disgusting.
Do not spend a penny with Wickes! They take all your hard earned life savings and then do nothing but fob you off or resort to complete ignorance when you ask for a solution.

Sam Godwin in your Fareham store was an absolute delight to deal with for our new kitchen.Nothing was too much trouble, he was polite, knowledgeable and professional.

Sam Godwin is simply the best kitchen designer in all of Hampshire as far as we are concerned,
Nobody else can be as good as Sam ,

What made my experience great was the helpfulness of the staff worker who advised me about paint and helped me with the colours I was interested in. Also the politeness of the checkout staff.

We experienced a number of issues with our installation, not necessarily the fault of Wickes. A shout out to those in the Wickes team who pulled out the stops to get us back on track, Mike Barnard, installations Manager and the new Fareham Store Manager who was especially helpful.
