Sam was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He made good suggestions in terms of the most appropriate fittings through the design process to guide us when he felt we were unsure or may have chosen a fitting which wasn't in keeping with our objective. Moreover, he reassured us that Wickes' installers were comprehensively vetted independent tradesmen who had extensive experience and provided their services solely to Wickes. 

We felt that Sam exuded competence from the outset in our home visit and this was continued in the in-store design. Our installation will hopefully commence whilst we're on holiday and Sam reassured us that everything will be taken care of and that the installer will keep us updated.

In retrospect, we have been disappointed with the communication.

I needed extra help and support with some bathroom issues, I had help from Hannah Yates Fareham branch, she was really helpful from start to finish, taking care with what I required and resolving my issues, supporting me to get the materials I needed and going that extra mile, such a credit to the team at Fareham, thanks and appreciation

From start to completion, our kitchen Designer Brett (Fareham) made us feel nothing was too much of a problem. He suggested alternatives to our original ideas which since we chose. Recommended white goods that we chose to source elsewhere. Came out to visit the room and measure up. Would highly recommend a Wickes kitchen and particularly the Fareham branch.

Bought a new 'Lifestyle' kitchen from Wickes at Fareham. Sam Godwin took the time to design it with us and was very professional, helpful and patient while we (as we all do) tried different variations until we got the final design. The visuals were excellent and a big help to see what the end result would be. Ordered it, and got it delivered in less than 2 weeks.

On delivery, everything was flat-packed and dropped in 10 mins, so fast I couldn't check it, so signed as unchecked. The product codes on the original order were slightly different on the delivery note, so took some time to check I had everything. Had one query which Sam was very attentive and resolved for us (no issue).

Kitchen fitted (independently) and everything as it should be - very please with the quality, look, fit and finish!

We recently purchased a bespoke kitchen and bathroom from Wickes in Fareham. Sam Godwin designed and assisted us along the way - he was fantastic, very understanding of our budget and any changes we made were never a hassle to alter. Thanks Sam, and we’ll be back in the future, I’m sure!

Wow, i am disgusted at what i witnessed and was a victim of in this store tonight.
clearly the guy that served me was fairly new and didn't no the till he used was broken so he asked for help from another staff member ( as you would) who then replied to him and continued to speak to him in the most belittling condescending and patronising way I have ever experienced. But I bit my lip and waited for him to finish his "told you so training session" before he actually got round to dealing with the problem, and he took his sweat time relishing in his greater knowledge of the tils over the other staff member.
Perhaps his greater knowledge wasn't so great as to put an "out of order" sign on the til.
His fix for the problem, which I didn't realise initially ended up in me paying a second time as it turns out, perhaps another lacking area of his greater knowledge! So I returned to the store a minute later to point this out to him, and I was then on the receiving end of his patronising belittling smug condescending attitude. Needless to say, I told him what I thought, gave him the items back and told him to refund it all, and went to screwfix.
I'm truly disgusted at the way he spoke to and treated his fellow staff member and myself. Its easy for me to tell him what I think, but the staff he treats like this are who I worry about because they have to tolerate this treatment every day, and that is just not fair or reasonable. It's simply bullying.

Just ordered a kitchen from Wickes in Fareham. The service was exceptional, from choosing the kitchen with help and advice from Hannah Yates, through to the kitchen designed by Sam Godwin. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you!

Sam was very friendly and apporachable from the start. He had great product knowledge and made some excellent suggestions during the design process which really helped us to get the design we wanted.
