Wickes - Halesowen レビュー 

Professional, friendly, talented Design Consultant. I asked for an appointment, and Greg arrived at the time given. Nothing was too much trouble. We measured up, discussed my requirements, looked at the limitations of my kitchen size and shape and then Greg sent me 3 design ideas, incorporating my ideas and his alternatives. We eventually decided on a combination of both. The new design will make my kitchen more ergonomic, more efficient and hopefully a joy to be working in. My family and friends are looking forward to seeing it too.
At the store we spent ages looking at combinations of units (I chose the Tiverton range), floor and wall tiles, door handles, taps and appliances. I am convinced I have the best possible combination. It didn't stop there though, we also decided to change the internal house door to the hall to give me more light. Other details even included the grout colour for the overall look. Brilliant service. Greg clearly enjoys his job.

Paul Potter was brilliant....he helped change a few things around in our design ....and pointed out things that would go with our choices.

Boubakari in the wood yard was very helpful in picking a section of timber for me which was difficult to access.

I visted the store to look for a kitchen. Elliott helped me and showed me the range of kitchens Wickes has to offer, he was very helpful. The store itself was well presented. I will definitley visit again and reccomend the Halesowen store to my friends and family. Thank you Elliott!

Recently visited Wickes store at Halesowen in Birmingham. It was Avery pleasant experience. Store was neat and clean. Staff was very helpful.
I was particularly impressed with Vish. He had all the answers for me and helped me choose right kind of flooring, will definitely go there again.

A woman called deb was so helpful she went above and beyond to help mix my paint

We have just gone in for a bathroom design with Paul Potter at the Halesowen store. He understood the brief and helped us coordinate the colours, give products that will work in the space and advised on what will and won’t work. Really looking forward to having it fitted.

Sabila was very charming and helpful throughout my experience.She greeted me with a lovely smile and was quick to direct me to the items I was looking for.She is truly an asset to the Wickes Halesowen team.

I asked Leah for help regarding certain paint for my new project, i had to be certain this is the right product and Leah was very helpfull she red the products and found the right one she actualy went in to details.That was my new experience in customer service 10 out of 10.Also spoke to Anthony very friendly and Salsilo at cashier. From my first conversation with Paul, through arranging a home design survey, to reviewing the design together in branch, the entire experience was outstanding. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, and made every step clear and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Paul Potter the bathroom designer is an asset to Wickes, Halesowen.
From our first consultation, he treated me with genuine respect and listened carefully to what I wanted. His design expertise is clear to see and he has created me a stunning bathroom layout that I am thrilled with.
Beyond his technical skill, what stood out most was his patience and approachability, he never rushed me and ensured I felt comfortable asking questions. He took me seriously from the start delivering a beautiful design, and was incredibly patient and supportive throughout.
He made the whole process comfortable and stress free.

Wickes has resorted to fiddling their offers in order to swindle customers out of their money when making returns. I purchased 6 bags of mulch on 3for £10 (usually £12.50 each) the website states £10 per item. I purchased 3 bags of compost on offer for 3 for £24 advertised under the deal as £8 per item. I went to return 4 bags of mulch and 1 bag of compost.

Wickes states I’m only owed £36. They state, that by returning my items I invalided the offer and so they are charging me the original price outside of the deal - on the mulch, that’s £12.50 per bag. To me, this must be illegal. The law states you can receive a full refund when you return unused items within a set period. If I paid £10 per bag, I should receive that back! £8 for the compost.
When I returned the items back to store, they said I could leave them at the store (too heavy to take back) and call customer service. I did that, and still don’t have a refund and despite calling a few times, no one has called me back and I don’t have my refund.

I can’t believe such a large retailer can get away with charging customers extra for returning their items. It’s theft! I paid £10 per bag of mulch and £8 per bag of compost- that’s £48 not £36!

Updated 18 August - after being contacted by Wickes customer service. They still haven’t acknowledged the issue with the charging me a £12 fee for returning my items. And I’ve still had no refund at all. They are not responding to my requests for a response. I’m going to look into further action.

I had great experience I was able to find my item quick thanks to Bubz he directed me to the right place and even went the extra mile.

Went to Halesowen branch today and had great service from Andy… not only did he source what I needed and collect it for me, but even loaded it all into my car, which wasn’t an easy task… no need to go the gym after all of that lifting Andy😛Thank you

Very impressed with the service provided and care that Paul Potter (Halesowen Wickes) took with us when ordering both our kitchen and bathroom. We visited him both in store, and he came out to our home to measure up and advise. Communication from him was quick and effective. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and Paul worked hard to ensure that we were happy with our design. We would highly recommend
