Thank you to Sarah at High Wycombe who designed our kitchen. Very pleased with the results.

I ordered my Bathroom with Wickes, the plans were not great in respect couldn't see colour very well, that was not to much of issue. I was not allocated a installers for about 12 weeks from paying in full after i chased them, then when installers turned up at my house 4mnths after ordering nothing had arrived ( we thought installers brought it) so they chased no work started really for couple of days as nothing to do. Wickes fast tracked it and most arrived within 2 days, the rest a week. The toilet cistern was wrong size and they had to go get another which was also wrong size so had to wait days for new one. we had no shower, toilet or sink for three weeks and then toilet was fitted end fourth week. A door was delivered for cupboard wrong colour and out of the goodness of there heart we got that free, the new door arrive few weeks later which my husband fitted. on the installer arriving he said shower screen looks to small. I said that size designer put in i just chose the screen i liked, so he fitted it and when we had shower floor got soaked and on speaking to wickes i got told i chose that one, but as a good will they will give us bigger one, we are awaiting decision on if we have to pay installation, i would say that this is a design fault if she thought bigger then say no i think a bigger one would be better, it came in 4 sizes we had smallest and was told didnt come in different size after looking myself found it came in 4 sizes, this whole process has been stressful, husband works shift i work full time. I have a football crazy 12-year-old old so trying to shower for 4 weeks at other places was not fun. We went to service stations, and my daughter who her and her husband work shift and they have 2 children never again and I would not recommend it to anyone. my installer was amazing, considering they had to reschedule work, they didn't have everything they needed.
apart from screen, i do love my bathroom, colour everything , its just a shame the service spoilt the experience.

From our first instore visit on the 12th June Dimu was a great help with the planning of our new kitchen. Dimu also made a home visit to check on the kitchen measurements and size of units that we had requested. Everything went as planned. All in all a very good experience and we are really happy with the end results.

We had a great experience with Dimu, when she helped us with a bathroom, kitchen and utility room quote. She was friendly, very patient and knowledgeable.

Always a great experience especially yesterday at the High Wycombe store Nina was exceptional in her customer service

Popped into Wickes to meet their Community Champion Xocoa McGee who was incredibly happy to see us. Xocoa fully explained Wickes' community programme, and provided us with everything that we needed to work on our community allotment.
Xocoa is a credit to the company and obviously really enjoys her work! Can't recommend her enough.

Nina was great, really helpful, appreciate the service

Been having major problems with my Wickes Trade Pro card as it was registered to another store & would not accept a password change as never received the text, however Nina came to rescue & sorted it all out, what a star!! Nina is an asset to Wickes, it’s a pity all your staff are not the same

Nina was very helpful when returning a few items I ordered online. She dealt with my query efficiently and politely as returning items ordered online is a bit more complicated. Thank you.

Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service

I’m deeply disappointed with my experience purchasing luxury vinyl flooring from Wickes.

I bought the product in 2021, trusting Wickes’ reputation and the advice I received in-store at the time. Unfortunately, the flooring has not lived up to expectations — it has developed faults which I believe point to quality or installation-related issues, despite being within what I consider a reasonable lifespan for such a product.

When I raised my concerns with Wickes, I was met with a lack of accountability. I was told the store had no records of the advice I was given, and the company dismissed my complaint outright based on the product being a few years old — with no apparent consideration for the nature of the fault or the expected durability.

Despite escalating the matter to senior management, including the Chief Executive’s office, I received a generic and unhelpful response. I was informed that the decision was final, with no opportunity for further escalation within Wickes.

The only advice offered was to go to The Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman — which I now intend to do — but I find it disappointing that a well-known retailer like Wickes refuses to take responsibility or offer a meaningful resolution without external pressure.

This experience has completely shaken my confidence in the Wickes brand, both in terms of product quality and customer care. I would strongly advise anyone considering flooring from Wickes to proceed with caution, and to be prepared for very limited support if things go wrong

Wickes Community programme has been super generous in supporting our Amersham Hospital Gardens Project which is rejuvenating the outdoor spaces at Amersham hospital so staff, patients and visitors can rest and recharge in nature. Many thanks to all the Wickes team and the community manager at HW 💚

We chose Wickes products to refit our en suite shower room. We decided to use our own fitter as this reduced the cost slightly. Dimu Liyana, Wickes’ design consultant was extremely helpful putting our ideas into practice and adding suggestions of her own. She came to our house to check measurements and answered our questions fully. The product was delivered on time albeit in a number of separate deliveries. The only item fault was that the toilet supplied leaked from the bowl and this was not evident until fitted. Wickes could not supply a speedy replacement so we had to use an alternative supplier who could deliver next day. However, Dimu arranged a timely refund for the cost although we had to bear the additional expense of fitting the replacement toilet.
Overall we were very pleased with the finished job.
