Nice store with friendly staff. I Use the app to check stock and offers as this isn't the biggest site, usually got what I need and service with a smile.

Store had everything I needed but Full credit to Nat.

Absolutely phenomenal employee. Answer the phone and talk through it exactly what you had in stock, then happened to bump into him when I arrived at store and he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Superb experience. Thank you.

We recently had a kitchen designed and fitted by wickes. From start to finish Sandhu and the team at the Hinckley branch were absolutely fantastic. Sandhu went above and beyond making our experience faultless. Would strongly recommend!

Bought a strimmer from Wickes today. Nat was extremely helpful. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am also pleased with my purchase!

Excellent service

One of the best in Hinckley not like B&Q this store is brilliant. Customer service is 100%. Everything is clean. You’ll find it straight away and if you’re not sure ask the staff and always there to help you go out their way.

The elderly woman at the till was shocking, she is customer facing for gods sake! Never spoke she looked like she never wanted to be there. Nice store been going there for years, never really write reviews but I feel I had to. That was a bad customer experience, sorry Wickes but look at your front facing staff.

Very helpful in store , very prompt and quick at organising everything and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend

From start to finish our kitchen designer, Karen Waldron, Hinckley branch, was excellent. She came to see us at home, measured up and listened to our requirements and booked a date for us to review the design in just a few days. She was very patient whilst we looked at styles and colours that we wanted and suggested appliances and extras that we might want to be included, and provided us with print outs of the plan to take away. She was very friendly, approachable and extremely patient when we decided on some changes that we wanted to make to the design on more than one occasion. She was very personable and explained the whole process from order, to delivery and then installation taking into account our preferred timescales for when the installation started in order to allow for other aspects of the project to be completed. Our installer Andy and electrician Rob were just brilliant. All in all our experience of choosing Wickes for our new kitchen was excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better designer.

I’ve had plenty of pleasant experiences at Wickes Hinckley and the staff are all pleasant however this one is a big shout out for David Taylor. Helpful and always has a useful and constructive comment to make. You just warm to the way he treats customers in a polite and friendly but not “corporate” way.

Wickes take note. David Taylor treats the customers exactly how it should be done. You should promote this guy and give him a training role mentoring other staff members on how to give great customer service. He’s probably the best I’ve ever seen in retail front end customer service

The whole process was easy from start to finsh Order arrived when scheduled.

Currently having to walk with a stick so moving around is tricky. Asked young man in store if he could help me find a bracket. His name was Chris (Hinckley branch) and he was clearly cracking on in the store filling shelves but didn’t hesitate to go find what I needed. Thank you. Lucky to have good employees like Chris.

I have just been to the Wickes in Hinckley and have never Meet such miserable and unpleasant staff I asked a woman the price of a box of tiles she replied isn’t it on the box I wouldn’t have asked. If it was she couldn’t help me and I would have to look in the shop for them which I did went back to checkout different woman she was not happy there was no code on the tile I had to walk back and carry one of the large tiles back when I got there she just replied I have found it went to pay no please thank you just a dirty look if these two woman don’t want the job why don’t they leave I’m sure plenty of others would be glad of a job without customers there wouldn’t have jobs I will not be returning there again even my husband said how unhelpful and rude they were

I went in today to find some ceramic cartridges, the team in the store are so helpful.

Adding to my kitchen with extra units after an extension was made very easy with the help from Karen at the Hinckley store. She went the extra mile to help me source the appropriate units and accessories that I needed. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend.
