Popped into my local store, Leamington Spa, this morning and have to give praise you Diane & Alicia. They provided excellent customer service, were friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to answer my questions, making sure I purchased the right items for my job. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable, they're a credit to the company. Keep up the great work guys.

Do not trust Wickes with a major installation. I spent over £10,000 on a complete supply-and-fit bathroom contract, and their after-sales service is nothing short of disgraceful. Less than a year after the bathroom was installed, the Mira shower hose split right at the connection point. Instead of just sending a cheap replacement part, Wickes are actively dodging their legal responsibilities. They tried to fob me off to the manufacturer, and when I refused, they hid behind bureaucratic nonsense. They claim the manufacturer's warranty has expired by counting from the April order date—completely ignoring the glaring fact that their own fitters didn’t finish installing the bathroom until August. To make matters worse, their "Warranty Specialist" has now demanded that I pay for and provide an "independent technical report" to prove the hose was inherently faulty. Expecting a customer who handed them five figures to spend hundreds of pounds on an engineering report for a £27 plastic hose is insulting, combative, and in complete bad faith. I even offered to screw the new hose on myself to save them a call-out charge, but they would rather argue for three weeks than fix a minor issue. Wickes are happy to take your money, but the moment something breaks, they will use every pathetic excuse in the book to abandon you. Absolute joke of a company.

The two customer service agents, Alicia & Diane could not have been more helpful. They were efficient, charming, welcoming and very funny. Wickes should have them as trainers for all new staff. They helped to lift my spirits on a baddish day.

Return visit following previous good service. Dealt with the same individual, Alicia, in purchasing a hot tap. Was helpful in answering questions and looking up info. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Katie was our designated designer for our new kitchen and supported us throughout the end to end process! Katie was incredibly friendly, informative and responsed very promptly via email. Our design was carefully created and Katie listened and offered advice along the way, she was extremely knowledgeable about different materials and made recommendations throughout the design process.

We are so happy with our new kitchen and the service that we received. We would HIGHLY recommend using Katie as your Design Consultant!

Sarah-Jayne has been outstanding from the very start in terms of measuring, designing and quoting for our new kitchen. She has a fantastic eye for detail, offered excellent advice along with alternatives and made sure to cater for any specific requests we wanted.

We visited Wickes, Leamington Spa, for a quote to supply a kitchenette for our Charity, Helping Hands Community Project's community kitchen space, and the support we received was exceptional from start to finish.

The team took the time to understand what we needed, offering helpful suggestions and recommendations to make the most of our space. They also told us about the Wickes Community Programme, which supports local charities. Thanks to their incredible generosity, Wickes donated the materials needed to build our kitchenette.

Went in with my mom today & had amazing customer service of Sarah who tried her best to help us with a tap connector and served us on till! James helped find the final solution, which worked and now we have a hose that connects to a tap for our pool! Thank you!

I was guided through the whole process, from design with Sarah-Jayne to fitting with Carl and his team. It took 2 weeks from start to finish, including the extra building work I requested and some remedial repairs we couldn’t have planned for. My new bathroom looks fantastic and the quality of work was superb. Everyone I had dealings with listened to what I wanted, worked within my budget and made me feel a valued part of the process

We recently had our en suite completely replaced through Wickes and are really pleased with both the service and the finished result.

From the start, our designer, Katie Malkowska, was professional, knowledgeable, and full of great ideas. She took the time to understand what we wanted and worked through various options with us to create a final design that we are extremely pleased with. Katie also coordinated everything from the finance arrangements through to the installation, keeping us informed throughout with excellent communication.

The installation was carried out by CK Renovations, who were fantastic. They worked quickly, removing the old en suite and installing the new one to a very high standard. They were friendly, professional, and kept us updated on progress and the plans for each stage of the project.

During the installation, an unforeseen issue arose that required a slight adjustment. However, Katie and Carl from CK Renovations dealt with it quickly and efficiently, ensuring the problem was resolved without causing any delays to the project.

Overall, we are extremely happy with both the quality of the workmanship and the level of customer service we received.

We would highly recommend them.

Shopped here before and I gave a 5 Star review and am doing the same now. Served by Sukie who loaded our trolley (too heavy for us) and then loaded our car. Very pleasant and helpful man.

We recently used Wickes Leamington Spa for the design and installation of a new kitchen and utility room, and overall we are very pleased with the service we received.

Sarah-Jayne, our designer, was supportive throughout the process and always responded quickly to any questions or requests for changes. She was accommodating when we wanted to make modifications to the design and helped ensure we ended up with a layout that worked well for us.

The installation was carried out by Carl and his team, who were excellent. The work progressed at a good pace, and the team were consistently tidy, courteous and professional. They were always willing to accommodate minor adjustments during the installation, which was greatly appreciated. The quality of the finished kitchen and utility room appears to be very good, and we are delighted with the end result.

There were a couple of issues during the project. The initial estimate for the specialist works was significantly lower than the eventual quotation. The estimate was around £3,000, but the specialist contractor's quote came back at approximately £7,000. Through some value engineering this was reduced to around £5,000, but it was still an unexpected additional cost that we would have preferred to have been identified earlier in the process.

There was also an oversight with the venting/ducting kit for the induction hob, which had been omitted from the order. As Wickes do not stock this item, sourcing a suitable solution caused a delay to completion. However, Wicked covered the additional costs involved, which we felt was a fair and professional resolution.

Despite these issues, we are very happy with the finished kitchen and utility room and would happily recommend Wickes Leamington Spa. The professionalism of Sarah-Jayne, Carl and his team, together with the quality of the installation and the way issues were resolved when they arose, made for a positive overall experience.

Special thanks for Millie and Alex from Wickes Leamington for their high effort to find the mosaic what exactly I need for my kitchen. They checked all the area and found them outside. Thanks again. Highly recommended
