I recently had a kitchen design appointment with Richard. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything we needed. He placed the orders with me and contacted the supplier to arrange a quicker delivery as I needed it asap!

It’s quite nerve racking to make big decisions on your own but Richard really helped me out and everything that’s been delivered has been great!

Jim! Amazing customer service. He was super helpful, pleasant and very funny. As we left the store, we could hear him joking with another customer. Overall, a great experience.

We recently had our kitchen designed by Richard at Wickes, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable — nothing was ever too much trouble. He took the time to really understand how we use our space and came up with clever, practical ideas that completely transformed the layout.

Richard has a brilliant eye for detail and design, but what really stood out was his genuine care — he wanted us to absolutely love our kitchen, and we truly do. Every question, every tweak, every small decision was handled with such attention and kindness. The whole process felt easy and enjoyable, which is no small feat with a renovation!

Richard Maloney set up the design for us without the need to book an apointment - he was highly knowledgeable and created a great design very efficiently

When it comes to customer service, I would give the young man James 10 out of 10. James went all out to support me with selecting the items I needed and answered all my questions with considerable patience. To top it all James then escorted me to my car and loaded it too. James took a great deal of pressure off of my shopping experience and made it a pleasure. Thank you James. A totally satisfied customer, thanks to you.
