Sarah was so helpful and honest about our future kitchen.
She was able to explain the process and help us with our choices and looking forward to ordering our kitchen.

We had a complete new kitchen. From design (Sarah Powel) to fitting, Wicks’s fitters (Loxley Services) was excellent. Very pleased with the service and end results.

Anthony from Winterhill designed both my bathroom and kitchen, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From our very first conversation, his level of customer service and support was exceptional.
He took the time to truly understand my needs, offered thoughtful and creative solutions, and guided me through every step of the process with clarity, patience and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble — Anthony was always available to answer questions, make adjustments and provide reassurance, which made the whole process completely stress-free.

Anthony the planner from the MK Branch did a fantastic job of putting together a kitchen design for us with all the intricate detail required. The experience of dealing with Anthony was extremely positive with a great deal of hardwork and effort on his part and some very good advice given to us to help with the decisions on the kitchen.

I have just had 2 bathroom installations completed by an approved Wickes installing team , very happy with the bathrooms but my issue is that I have 2 hippo bags on my drive waiting to be collected. I paid for full removal of all the waste and the bags have been on my drive since the 04/11/2025. The wickes customer installation coordinators have been unable to give me a date when the bags will be removed. So for 19 days since the job was completed I am unable to park my cars. Won’t be using Wickes again.

Wow just another apology and I’m still waiting for the bags to be removed and being told different stories by the wickes customer installation coordinators.

I visited Wickes Milton Keynes at Winter Hill today and received outstanding service and support from design consultant Anthony Storey. He was incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me through the kitchen design using my measurements and offering great recommendations and product advice. I’m really happy with the final design and managed to get an amazing Black Friday deal. I can’t thank Anthony enough and highly recommend this store to everyone.

Just wanted to rate my service with Brandon at Wickes In Bletchley ! I didnt have my husband with me and I REALLY needed someone to just solve all my problems. He found me the product I was after on the shelf. Got a trolley, lifted and loaded it, tried it fitted in my car before I paid and then helped me sort it out at the till. Everything I needed Swift and efficient. Thanks everyone & Brandon

Came in today looking for some threshold and a lovely lady called Kim went above and beyond extremely helpful and polite thank you

I am 72 year old, I came with my builder to purchase 14 concrete base for fence
Their was only 10 in the yard , we asked one of the staff , if their are any more in stock ( I didn’t get his name) he reply was , we got whatever is out there , not interested at all , I wish I would have taken his name , to address his no interest in the customer who pays his wages.
We went to cashier, as we were paying nearly over £500 , spend
I asked cashier, who I recommend her interest in customer service ( excellent)
If there any more in the stock ( required 4 more) , her name very happy to mention ( pippa- ) quickly made effort to check on the system, and apparently there many more in stock, she got on her system on her headphone, and got one of the staff insisted by my builder your we needed for our job , I thanked her for making effort in resolving our needs , otherwise we would have to go around other branch or your competitor, appreciated her very much

We came to buy a toilet & wash basin in Milton Keynes. Cam Barton was excellent helping us through all the details of ordering. He was patient and asked us about our preferences at each stage. He gave us time to browse and then was ready to help when we needed it. He also arranged to delay delivery for after our holiday, we appreciated his very pleasant and professional demeanour. Thank you Cam!

This was Milton Keynes Store. We were looking for some info on flooring. Lee helped us. He was came across very patient and knowledgeable. He has answers to all our questions. Thanks Lee for helping making us right decision.

We decided on a new kitchen and in the process of looking got to meet Cam Barton, a brilliant design consultant who helped us from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always available if we had any queries via email / phone. He put our minds totally at ease and nothing was too much trouble. It felt as if we were talking to a friend rather than a salesman, and for that we are totally grateful. Good luck in all you do Cam, you deserve it.

The store is very presentable, and the staff are overwhelmingly approachable.

We have a a great supportive experience going through the buying a kitchen time, Cameron Barton has helped us and been very patient with us. I would recommend him (and will) to others. we both felt at ease going through this process. Cam was great.

I had a new bathroom and downstairs toliet designed, supplied and installed by Wickes and their sub contractor Prestige Tiles.

The design consultant Scott was great. Very helpful all thorough the process. Even when there were a few changes as the orginal ordered sink was not quite right, the swap over and redund was sorted quickly.

Their subcontractor was always on time, had good communication through the process and did a excellent job. I am very happy with the finished job.
