We have a a great supportive experience going through the buying a kitchen time, Cameron Barton has helped us and been very patient with us. I would recommend him (and will) to others. we both felt at ease going through this process. Cam was great.

I had a new bathroom and downstairs toliet designed, supplied and installed by Wickes and their sub contractor Prestige Tiles.

The design consultant Scott was great. Very helpful all thorough the process. Even when there were a few changes as the orginal ordered sink was not quite right, the swap over and redund was sorted quickly.

Their subcontractor was always on time, had good communication through the process and did a excellent job. I am very happy with the finished job.

Wickes Milton Keynes has been a blessing when designing and purchasing our new kitchen. From the start to finish the process has been smooth, well informed and effortless. I have dreamed of a new kitchen for years and the team have made the dream a reality. Craig the Kitchen Manager was approachable the first time I entered the store and provided insight and advice surrounding product knowledge and practicality. He arranged for Sarah (kitchen planner) to come and visit us at home to measure and design our new kitchen. The process was smooth and Sarah completed the initial design quickly and as discussed. No problem or change was ever too complicated and with an effective communication line she made various changes to meet our needs and demands. Throughout I felt our needs and wishes were at the forefront of the process as opposed to a pressurised sale. We never once experienced any pressure to purchase unlike our experience at other retailers.
Once our kitchen was ordered, the customer service didn’t end. We were supported in store by Cara and Rachel to ensure we had other items required to complete the finish, including colour matching more paint for other areas of the room.
Delivery was quick and the gentleman delivering were courteous and professional.
Once our kitchen was fitted (by an independent fitter) just one item was damaged. A quick call to customer service and the replacement was shipped in a timely manner to enable the install to be completed.
Highly recommend this friendly professional team, and the products should you be looking to explore or purchase a new kitchen.

We received an excellent service from Cam, a Design Consultant at Wickes Milton Keynes. He was very open and responsive to our ideas and questions and helped us achieve a super design that we are so pleased with. His friendliness and approachability made the whole process (from initial questions in store to his home visit and the final design consultation) an enjoyable and satisfying experience.

Cameron Barton was excellent with the home visit and in store visit. Gave me great advice to help me finalise the purchase.

The fact that Wickes sent a surveyor to have a look at the property for the quote and later proposal for solar panel system, shows that this company genuinely cares about quality and are not like many other companies who would rush to a quote and proposal without having had a thorough look at the property

Cameron Barton was very supportive, explained everything to me in detail, and was very thorough, gave me many options and he has asked me to contact him anytime I want to change the design of my kitchen.

We’ve just bought our new kitchen from Wickes in Milton Keynes, and the experience so far has been excellent. Nathan, who helped us design it, has been genuinely fantastic. Supportive, attentive, and really helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and guided us through the design with great care. The kitchen is due for delivery, so we can’t comment on the installation just yet, but based on the service we’ve had so far, we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Nathan and the team at Wickes Milton Keynes!

I visited the Wickes store and was greeted with the most wonderfully superb service from a smashing young lady named Cara. Helped me with all of my DIY needs, all with a smile and packed everything into the back of my car without a second thought. What a woman

Ordered 4 fence posts and cement, gravel, and sand to be delivered on Monday. Monday morning the van driver arrived with three fence posts that were OK and one so badly damaged, how in the world did he think that I was going to accept it. I told him I'm not accepting it so he took photos of the damage and said that I would be getting another one delivered tomorrow. ( Tuesday). One didn't arrive on Tuesday so on Wednesday I rang wickes to be told it would be delivered on Thursday. The delivery driver turned up at 13.15pm to take the damaged one away and didn't even bring me a replacement. Meanwhile, I am sat at the customer's house waiting to finish this fence job.It is now 5.00pm on Thursday and still no fence post. This is very bad service and doesn't make me out to be very professional . I think from now on I will use other suppliers as Wickes cannot be trusted on service and reliability. Since I posted this review, wickes told me that I would have a fence post delivered on Saturday. It is now 10.00pm on Saturday night and still no fence post. Wickes are liars and jokers . They cannot be trusted.

Kitchen designer Sam is a credit to the company. He out of all the designers we saw had the best vision. Unfortunately Wickes didn't have the very specific materials we needed. Highly recommend.

I had a bathroom fitted nearly three years ago now. Due to the appalling installation, the acrylic panels that were fitted started severely cracking. The cracks originated from behind the shower unit, so as a family, we only noticed these very large cracks when they became visible and grew large enough to protrude from the shower unit.
After raising this with Wickes they dismissed my claim, stating I was out of warranty. I did explain the cracks were obviously there beforehand but have only just become visible. I decided to pursue the issue through the Ombudsman. I was awarded the decision, and Wickes has been told to fix the issue (basically rip the entire half of the bathroom out and replace). This was in November 2024, and I am still no further to any resolution.
Wickes have had three installers come out to me, two of which have refused the job as the installation was so bad. I have asked for a refund and I will get the issue resolved myself. Silence.
Wickes is the WORST company I have EVER had to deal with. I will never use them again and I really hope people read this and take precautions before spending their hard-earned money at this poorly run company. Management and directors should be ashamed. A quick search online can show this is not an isolated incident either.

We visited the Wickes Store at Milton Keynes to enquire and look at the kitchen displays. We were met by a very pleasant sales person who introduced himself as Cam. After a complete viewing he asked if we would like a quote to give us some ideas of costing. We found him and Wickes to be worth getting a better idea of prices. Cam worked on a design for us and completed the quotation to date and time he gave us. He performed admirably and has adjusted his design to meet some quirky needs. So well done Cam with talking us through the order going forward and I can say that we look forward to a satisfactory installation by Wickes Contractors.

Do not buy the mixed Dulux paint. Colours look nothing like the samples. Staff will accuse you of tampering with the paint if you complain.

I’m absolutely delighted with the exceptional customer service provided by Cam Barton at Wickes, Milton Keynes (Winterhill). Cam not only helped me with the design of two new bathrooms, but also offered invaluable guidance and advice in selecting the perfect products. His support took a huge weight off my shoulders, making the entire design and ordering process incredibly stress free. I have had an equally positive experience with the customer service team regarding the delivery of our products. So far, everyone I have dealt with at Wickes has been very friendly, professional and efficient. We’ve yet to have our new bathrooms installed, but I’m excited to see our designs come to life!

We’ve just completed a kitchen renovation, and we feel incredibly lucky to have worked with such a professional and patient designer, Nathan Crossman, from Wickes.
From the very first measurement, Nathan impressed us with his punctuality and reliability. His expert advice truly made a difference - especially his suggestion to remove the utility room to expand the kitchen, which was something we would never have thought of ourselves, given the limitations of our home’s structure.
Both my husband and I are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen, and our friends have all been full of compliments when they visit. Like many people, we found that our original ideas didn’t always match what was actually possible, and I changed my mind several times during the process. Nathan was always patient and accommodating, providing outstanding service every step of the way.
The installation team from Loxley Service, who work with Wickes, were also fantastic - professional, efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home. They truly made our dream kitchen a reality. Much appreciated, Ellis, Jordan, and to your entire team.
The only minor issue we encountered was with Wickes’ delivery and returns process, but thanks to Nathan’s help, even the refund for surplus items was handled smoothly.

I went to Wickes unsure of what Kitchen I wanted. Sarah our advisor was amazing she helped set up a few styles and colours. She did all the ordering and arranging of the fitter. I now have an amazing new kitchen.
