Visited wickes Rugby today and was served by Carlos at the till and what a great employee very professional and polite couldn’t help enough. Thank you will visit again

We made an appointment at Wickes in Rugby to discuss options for our new kitchen. We were lucky enough to be seen by Ryan Merridew. We have an old cottage with uneven floors, ceilings and walls so this was never going to be straightforward. The planning, help and time Ryan spent with us and our tradesmen to help us achieve our dream kitchen was second to none. His professionalism and knowledge, and definitely patience, were invaluable. From start to finish of this project we couldn't be happier with the service we received. So a massive thank you to Ryan and we are now enjoying our beautiful kitchen. Would highly recommend Wickes.

Visited the store in Rugby and it was a mixed experience. I was looking for a specific paint to complete a project and had difficulty locating it, so asked a colleague behind the till who was busy chatting to their colleague whilst their colleague served someone else. I understand I just saw a moment, but when I asked for help as to where the paint I was looking for was, they gestured vaguely saying "over there somewhere with the paint". After wandering around for 5 minutes and still not being able to find what I was looking for, I asked another member of staff who immediately stopped what he was doing to help me. He took me straight to the product and made me feel as though it was no trouble.

We are very pleased with the finished bathroom, any issues we had was sorted by Ryan from start to finish,we now have a finished bathroom that suits our needs.

Ryan at wickes in Rugby was brilliant from start to finish. Helped me plan my kitchen, was open and honest with what was and wasn’t possible. Made it so easy. Mark was our fitter and has done an amazing job on some of the hottest days on record. Thank you both for all your hard work.

Ryan was super helpful at my kitchen appointment! He was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions about what worked best in the space we have.

Had a fantastic service from this store when purchasing a bathroom recently. Calum was really helpful - I’ve never heard of the ‘golden triangle’ before!

Reading the glowing reviews for this company, one wonders whether they were composed by the same marketing department responsible for our recent ordeal. We ordered a shed. What eventually arrived long after the promised date, and after a stretch of communication so sparse it bordered on radio silence was less a garden building than a flat-packed insult... broken, incomplete, and structurally impossible to assemble.
Photographs were submitted. Customer service tickets were raised. Both vanished into whatever oubliette Wickes reserves for inconvenient evidence. It took my wife and I two weeks and roughly four hours of telephone purgatory to coax a single human being onto the line, at which point we were graciously informed that collection would take up to fourteen days, with a further ten before our refund could be processed.
This is, without exaggeration, the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of enduring, a masterclass in indifference dressed up as policy. I will not be setting foot in a Wickes store again, which is no great hardship considering their prices are routinely undercut by every serious competitor on the high street. Save yourself the time, the money, and the elaborate exercise in disappointment.

When you spend a lot of money just to be fooled, it's not worth. I've asked the baterry(£49 costs), to be changed because was not seemed to be new, the staff just passed the item to each other, bringing me the same baterry that I've asked to be replaced. Very poor atittude, service and the training for the Rugby Wickes's staff,,

Made an appointment with Wickes to assess and quote for fitting of Solar Panels. Amended orginal appointment to a different date. Two people from Wickes Rugby called and on both occassion confirmed the new appointment but on the day nobody turned up and no notification that they wouldn't attend. Wasted my morning.

From the very outset, Pushpa, our design consultant provided excellent advice, explaining the pros & cons for the items, including 'white' goods we thought we should include in our new kitchen. Pushpa ensured, wherever possible, that she showed us the showroom samples and display units to enable us to fully understand what choices we should make.
Our delivery (all 147 items) arrived as scheduled.
During installation, our fitter made us aware of a couple of missing items, which were immediately requested by Pushpa, and arrived within about 5 days.
From start to finish, we experienced excellent service and are extremely happy with the quality of our new kitchen units.

Their eye for detail, sense of style, and practical knowledge made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. The final design is both beautiful and perfectly suited to how we use the space every day. We would highly recommend this designer to anyone planning a new kitchen.

We called into the store without an appointment and Pushpa was very helpful. She listened to what we required and designed a plan for our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble even when we added to the order two days later. We would thoroughly recommend Wickes and Pushpa for anyone looking to update their kitchen

The level of attention that Pushpa put into our meeting was amazing. Nothing was too much and she ensured that I was happy every step of the way with the design and layout. Lots of ideas were discussed and quite a lot of time to plan everything. Her patience with me was great as I changed my mind a few times. Nothing was too much. I really was very impressed with the level of customer service. The kitchen itself is amazing and has a great wow factor now, for me. It was a big change so I wanted to ensure that it was what I wanted. One of the other reasons I went for Wickes is because of the interest free payback over 3 years and also the guarantee. Start to finish it was a stress free experience. I have a dream kitchen!

I buy materials nearly daily from Wickes Rugby. Carlos serves everyone professionally and with a smile. Highly recommended!

I bought a new kitchen from this store and had a great experience. Pushpa from the design team was excellent—she helped me choose the right units and worktops and arranged delivery exactly on the date we requested. Thank you again. Reggie

We had a booked appt to see Pushpa who dealt with our request for a v small kitchen. She did amendments and arranged a swift delivery date. She is recommended. However the website advert for the Ohio product is utterly disingenuous as to price. It includes a discount that is tapered (not stated) - and so the 8 unit advertised kitchen costs less than my 4 unit kitchen! Not explained anywhere. A total shock and very misleading. I cannot currently recommend the product till it's installed
