We had a booked appt to see Pushpa who dealt with our request for a v small kitchen. She did amendments and arranged a swift delivery date. She is recommended. However the website advert for the Ohio product is utterly disingenuous as to price. It includes a discount that is tapered (not stated) - and so the 8 unit advertised kitchen costs less than my 4 unit kitchen! Not explained anywhere. A total shock and very misleading. I cannot currently recommend the product till it's installed

Ryan was fantastic from our first meeting to the final delivery. He listened to our needs and came up with a design that fitted our awkward utility space.
The quality of the cabinets and doors is great! We feel that they were good value for money.

Overall the experience was ok, Ryan who helped design the kitchen was fantastic as was our kitchen fitter Andy Baker. What brings the score down was the fact that some of the items were not delivered and we were not given a checklist sheet on delivery. The missing items nearly put completion back by two weeks but with the help of Andy the fitter, Ryan from the store and Nikki our customer experience contact the completion was only delayed by two days instead. Really happy with the kitchen itself and the fitting by Andy

Orderd my kitchen from Calum Fitzsimmons was very pleased he was helpful and constructive with suggestions for our kitchen, everything was planned in and Stuart our fitter was very professional we are very pleased with the outcome.

I wanted internal wood paint, no choice so went to a rather big guy by the cash out, when he did bother to look up he just said 'yeah'; I explained what I wanted and he looked at me as if I was stupid and then said we don't do it. I asked him where I could get some he said Dulux paint mixing unit. I just wanted a shop but he didn't mention Dun Elms (nice choice), the Range and finally B&Q. I'm not from the area so I doesn't a further hour and a half riding round and asking people. Customer service and product knowledge zero. Train your staff!

We went to several different kitchen places to replace our ancient and grotty kitchen. The Wickes product range stood out for the quality and styles, as well as being able to mix and match your ideas in the shop which was novel. We worked with Ryan from Wickes in Rugby, he was an absolute pleasure to design our kitchen with. He's a thoughtful, and honest person on the project, and was able to make our dream kitchen fit our budgets.

We had a couple of minor snags when it came to delivery of items, however they were resolved without any fuss or hassle.

Got everything I needed and Carlos was extremely helpful to me.

Came into store and was helped by the lovely lads, Conrad and Curtis. Great customer service, very helpful. 5⭐️

We visited Wickes in Rugby in April 2025 to look at kitchens. Our first impressions were superb, a lady (sorry we don't remember her name) looked after us and answered our queries in a very professional manner. She then explained the process and suggested we had a designer come around and measure up. As she was going to be away we were booked in with Ryan Merryidew, who came out the same week at a time convenient to us (evening).

Ryan was fabulous, professional and friendly listening to my design ideas and asking suggestions. He was great at understanding my vision for our available space. He completed the measurements and said he would get a designer back to us within 48 hours. We then arranged to go back into the store to further details what we wanted.

Ryan emailed, we then went back into the store and confirmed details. Ryan ensured we were happy with designed and changed units and to sizing to suit.

It was organised that a Wickes recommended fitter would come out to quite for fitting. He came out l, quoted and date was agree for fitting which was suitable for both parties, end of June 2025.

Unfortunately during our holiday end of May the fitter emailed to cancel. We received the email when we returned and realised our order was on its way. I contacted Ryan who was very proactive in cancelling our delivery and organising an alternative fitter despite this no longer being his job.

The new fitter came out (Stu Kitchens) who were also fabulous and agreed a start date in August (ideal as I was on summer break).

The order arrived the Friday before start date, again Ryan was intrinsic in ensuring the delivery and checked in with us in the Sunday prior to start.

Fitters arrived and realised we were missing a few items. I called Ryan who chased the worktop and the cooker hood. (Again not really his job, but jumped in it immediately). Both items had not been reordered as following the delay they had been missed off the reorder.

Fitting went well with a couple of faulty items which were chased by the fitters.

Ryan checked in regularly to ensure the job was going well, really going above and beyond.

Stu and Ben were also a great team of fitters and kept us informed all the way through the process.

We are extremely pleased with for new kitchen and cannot fault Wickes and the team assigned to us.

Ryan is a fabulous member of the team and I have no doubt that the whole design and fitting process would have been less straightforward without him in our corner.

Kevin and the team at Wickes Rugby have recently very kindly donated 40 sets of ear defenders to the Air Ambulance Service.

We are so grateful as this will make a huge difference to people wishing to access or stores or events where we have the helicopter in attendance.

I do the maintenance in a nearby factory so I use the Rugby Wickes a lot. The staff are always very helpful. Carlos and Hazel on the tills are always very welcoming and friendly. It's a pleasure shopping there.

We are delighted with our new Wickes kitchen! From start to finish the organisation & work was difficult to fault. We found Calum at the Rugby store extremely helpful & patient as we thrashed out our design! The fitters were excellent, as was the communication throughout. Thanks from very satisfied customers!

After having a fantastic experience in store with my Kitchen designer Ryan Merridew he was very professional and helpful in all aspects of my kitchen design. But it all went wrong. When the first delivery came. Of my new kitchen. it had lots of missing items. And the kickboard plinth was the incorrect colour. They arranged a second delivery. This was also wrong. Only one item was delivered.and it was the wrong one. Delivery number 3 was arranged. And yet again. Missing and wrong items. Delivered.

I was helped greatly by Carlos who answered all my questions when I needed to order some bathroom tiles . Not only did he answer in a friendly, non rushed manner but also gave me extra advice that I had not considered. This achieved a perfect solution and timely delivery 👌..thank you to Carlos... and therefore Wickes.

Visited the Rugby store and asked on the off chance whether they had any sand for a children's sand pit. They told me where to find it, then asked how many bags were needed, insisted on getting them and carried the bag to the car. Not only were they kind and helpful, but they were pleased to be able to help.
The very helpful chap's name is Curtis.

I was fortunate to be served by Carlos, at the Wickes Rugby branch, whilst shopping for wall tiles. I needed to revisit and he was just as kind and helpful, as the first time. He was so helpful, so obliging and so friendly.
Carlos is a credit to the Company and in this day and age, a refreshing change.
