Not happy with my service of kitchen fixings and having add ons within kitchen Wish I kept it how it was be less hassle
all extra add ons
Yet I’m waiting for the extras still to be delivered over a month on not except-able
I just want kitchen finished as this is a joke not equipment within delivery
Avoid as this is bare stress contacting them to wait 50 mins on phone to be amswered yet quick to take money

I would like to say a big thankyou to Harry for all his help with the design of our new kitchen.
From the the beginning he listened to our requirements and helped with a few of our more awkward design ideas. We had a few changes during the planning stages and even after our kitchen was delivered, which he managed with no complaints or trying to change our mind to suit him for ease sake.
The quality of the kitchen is of a very good quality, even though you have to make the carcasses yourself. But don't let this put you off.
Harry, you are an absolute star. Thankyou.

Fantastic service from Nikita and her junior colleague, Alizabeth. So helpful, knowledgeable and patient that I found everything I needed in just one visit and within my budget! I would highly recommend Nikita for her incredible breadth of knowledge and budget-friendly approach 👏👏. Alizabeth will go far, if she follows her lead.

Louise at the Thetford branch of Wickes was simply amazing. We told her what we wanted and gave her a budget and delivered way more than we were expecting.

She pointed out things we had not considered, was very patient and personally came to our house to get accurate measurements and make alternative suggestions.

And the plans and detail we have for our kitchen fitter were simply brilliant with Louis asking the fitter to get in touch with her if he had any questions.

Will be using her again after we have flipped this house. Would thoroughly recommend.

I needed a diversion set up to change flow direction from one water butt to another. In the Thetford branch , a young man called Stefan got the right bits and also fitted them together for me. Excellent service.

I had an excellent experience with Wickes Thetford from start to finish on my kitchen project.

I began with only a rough idea of what I wanted, but after a visit from Dave Bowden, the Design Consultant, everything quickly came to life. He listened carefully to my ideas and, within 24 hours, provided a digital plan that allowed me to clearly visualise the design in my space.

Once I was happy with the concept, I visited the store where Dave guided me through all the final details, including choosing the sink, kitchen style, oven, and more. Throughout the process, he offered valuable advice and ensured that every decision was right for me and my kitchen.

Despite my busy work schedule, Dave went above and beyond to arrange a kitchen fitter who could work around my availability. The fitter carried out an initial visit to confirm all details, ensuring we were both aligned before installation began.

During the installation, communication was excellent. I was kept informed at every stage, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. The project included additional work such as moving sockets, replastering the ceiling, and other improvements that really enhanced the space. The old kitchen was completely removed, and everything was left clean and tidy.

After completion, Dave followed up to make sure everything met expectations, which was a great final touch.

Overall, I couldn’t rate Wickes Thetford highly enough. The pricing was reasonable, the design process was smooth and professional, and the installation was of exceptional quality. A truly 5-star experience.

I was served by two of the rudest women I have ever encountered. Firstly, they were in deep conversation about their dogs, secondly, I was not even acknowledged with a Hello. The conversation did not pause. The products I purchased were scanned without a word to me. I paid by card and when I was give my receipt I had a thankyou. The only word she managed to say to me. Disgraceful manners.

David Bowden made changing our kitchen a dream, well designed and super fitting from Mark Cooper. Would recommend Wickes for your next kitchen

I visited the Thetford branch to collect an online order, it was early morning on the way to work, the store was empty and there were 2 staff near the tills when I walked in, I went to the tills and they both walked away without checking if they could help. One disappeared completely, the other proceeded to go about 20ft away and started sweeping the floor, I asked that I needed to collect something and she said, I just need to finish this, she proceeded to finish moving a small pile of dust slowly with the broom until it was behind the tills, whilst I stood waiting. Only then did she finally attend to my collection. I am staggered by this prioritisation, I thought customer service was key, however it seems customers are less important than sweeping the floor. I cant even justify it by suggesting the floor sweeping was necessary on a safety aspect, it was a tiny amount of dirt that could easily have been left to one side.
I was in a rush and clearly Wickes don't have any interest in their customer service.

She was so helpful in helping me with researching the product range and availability and untroubled by the amount of of time it took Resulted in completing a purchase and arranging home delivery the following day So impressed by her customer service which can be so lacking these days. We bought a kitchen from wickes Thetford store. Harry Lawrence came and designed the kitchen.And we are really pleased with it. We went to other places for prices but wickes were definately a better price.
We went into store and we could change things and see everything on screen. Its definately worth checking them out. They weren't at all pushy. Some things we bought ourselves online as they were a better price and that was not a problem for them. Would definately recommend them.

I just have to say a huge thank you to David Bowden he is amazing he help us to understand everything how we could not understand My new kitchen will be more beautiful thanks to him ..thank you

Louise guided us in the renovation three bathrooms with patience, professionalism and creativity. Would highly recommend Louise to create a bathroom fitted to your home and needs straight from a showroom 😁

We were very pleased with the help Louise Burr at the Thetford branch gave us she was very knowledgeable and creative and excellent at her job and from our drawing and measurements she set the kitchen out for us and it looked brilliant and we ordered it there and then.

Apologies for this late review which I thought I'd already written ages ago! Our kitchen designer, David Bowden, was amazing, helpful, patient and supportive in all our decisions during our kitchen design (which was ordered and installed by 2023). He explained the pricing options in terms we could understand. Even when we came across a problem, David was really good at giving practical advice and solutions to help us sort it out. After the kitchen was fitted, his after-care was brilliant. We pop into Wickes regularly, and David, plus all the other staff, are always friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Enjoy looking round wicks in Thetford, served by Jayne who is always smiling and happy, very helpful, knowledgeable about what she's selling, even takes my stuff to the car, one in a million

Went into the Thetford store for supplies required for kitchen repaint. Managed to get everything I needed with ease.
Staff very friendly and helpful! :)

1 my order came things missing contacted customer service what a joke told it would be 12 days to receive the missing items
2 the design highly recommended a kitchen fitter I will not say is name but he completely missed up my kitchen drawer's not opening properly cupboards not lined up properly he fitted my hud above my cooker I removed it to see if he fitted it properly he didn't connect the hud to the vent just stuck it to the wall
I emailed wicks about this heard northing back as for the fitter never gave me a penny back
So going forward my advice would be stay away from wicks happy to take alot of money from me but 0 aftercare

Don't trust Wickes to supply merchantable quality and fit for purpose
Ordered 9 rolls of insulation roll for collection from Thetford branch this morning - 8 rolls were crammed into large trolley with one balanced on top pulled from a room next to exit door by Wickes staff - when I checked these rolls 6 out of 9 were completely sodden - I don't mean damp they were totally soaked dripping water
The look on the staff faces told me they knew they were soaking wet - I told them I would not accept those that were soaking wet - I had to unload the trolley on my own without any help from staff present
They then thought I would go and find dry replacements but I told the staff they would need to get them
Sulking two staff went and got replacement 6 rolls one at a time just dragging them along the floor
I then had to load them into the trolley unassisted
I asked for the manager who also couldn't care less and did nothing to help me load the rolls onto the trolley or into my van
They were clearly disappointed I had noticed they were soaking wet before leaving store with them
Female manager clearly knew as well and was hoping I would just take them - she did nothing to help or investigate why they had tried to supply me soaking wet unusable insulation
As I left a weak insincere apology by manager who walked away before I could query further
No help offered to load into van

We recently had a new kitchen installed and are delighted with the service provided by Wickes, Thetford. From our first meeting with David in branch to discuss design etc., through to the fitting and installation by Andy, everything was handled professionally and with care. We felt we were treated as individuals and our needs put first. There was no "hard sell" or pressure to buy certain products just suggestions based on our requirements. David regularly kept in touch with us to make sure that we were happy every step of the way. Andy, the kitchen installer, was outstanding. He surpassed our expectations managing the project, was very skilled and professional in the way he worked and kept us up to date with the progress on a daily basis. And he left the room clean and tidy at the end of each day! The units and accessories are of good quality and we are really happy with the result. We can definitely recommend the Wickes team in Thetford if you are thinking of having a new kitchen and want a first class job.
