He was professional, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s really appreciated when someone takes the time to do things properly.

My wife and I were a bit confused as to what bath and bathroom fittings to buy but when we met Costa Christou at Wickes in Seven Sisters road he put us ease straight away he knew exactly what we wanted and the best part he wasn't pushy.
Great service from a great man

Costas is an excellent planner and was very knowledgeable about the design process and products. He also has amazing customer service skills.

I had an appointment booked to design and fit a bathroom with Shaysta Latif from the Tottenham Wickes in London. Before the appointment she called me to convince me that it was pointless for her to attend the appointment as the dimensions of the bathrooms could just be measured by me later or she could see them from pictures. Instead, she said I should just come to the showroom to see her there. I said I had a small baby and I was not able to come to the showroom now, plus I was hoping to actually get input into the layout et cetera of the bathroom from her being here in person. I had also already chosen the products I wanted on my Wickes project list which I sent to her. She said I should send a photos of my bathroom as all London bathrooms are small and largely the same. I disagree with that, but I did as she asked, because I felt like she was already not going to attend the appointment anyway. This was a week ago and I still haven’t heard back.

Avoid the Wickes Tottenham kitchen design service like the plague. Even Wickes customer service think they're terrible.
Designer Shay was judgy and pushy with the design and rude when we later came back wanting adjustments to the appliances she had selected for us. We wouldn't normally have gone with someone like this, but we were ourselves under a lot of stress and pressure due to other things in our lives.
Design was fundamentally incorrect. We were given no support to resolve this by Shay who was ghosting us by that point. Fortunately our installers were helpful & eventually found workarounds, including personally chasing down a new door for a cabinet that had been wrongly sized.
Mountain of trash left outside our house after completion. This was removed 2 months later after daily phone calls to Wickes.
Mountain of unneeded product occupying the entirety of our living room. This was removed 3 months after completion following daily phone calls to Wickes and escalation to the central customer service department (who described our experience with Tottenham as unbelievable and unacceptable).
This unneeded product was in the first case a result of (a) design being wrong and (b) incorrect items being ordered (e.g. random unmatched door handles, a very expensive splashback when we were having tiles), which were not changed even though I told Shay on the day she did our design that she had got this wrong.
Very bad.

I was purchasing some Home Improvement items at the Totenham branch on Seven Sisters road and the service from Trinity was impeccable, I insisted on writing a review. Excellent service from start to finish.

Dealing with Wickes Tottenham has been a total nightmare from start to finish. The design team has no clue what they are doing - creating an impractical bathroom solution, and then charging us double the initial installation quote (from £4k to £8k) with no explanation, and then were unresponsive when we asked for clarity and refunds. We chased every day for 2 weeks. We dealt with Mitchell Morley and Bhuvnesh Roy, I would strongly avoid using either of these 2 design consultants, they were totally unresponsive and unhelpful from start to finish, and also ordered and charged us for incorrect items in the wrong colour.

Once the installation began, they still could not confirm the final price, or delivery date of the correct items needed - we are now 6 days into installation and they are still ignoring our requests for an invoice, basic contract, and delivery date! So we still do not know how much the final project will cost, and we have had to start buying our own items.

If you want a smooth high quality bathroom or kitchen renovation, do not use Wickes. They take your money and add in unexplained hidden charges with no clarity, and then do not respond. The whole process has been stressful and chaotic. My repeated complaints to the company have also been ignored.

Don't bother. Shockingly bad customer service. After late showing for measurements and a cancelled design appointment i was told that these could be emailed to me instead. Almost 2 weeks later i'm still waiting. What's happened to being conscientious these days? Excuses and poor communication. They obviously don't want my business which at this point, it is just as well as i would NEVER purchase my kitchen from Wickes. I've told a friend who was considering purchasing a kitchen from this branch not to bother either.

Costas is amazing at what he does, very experienced very proffesional. Myself and my mum had so many questions and specific needs for our bathroom. Costas not only answered all the questions we had one by one but also took in all the needs we wanted and designed an amazing bathroom. We couldnt have had a better experience, thank you costas!

Costas was my kitchen designer at Wickes. He was very insightful, had a clear eye for aesthetics and had great ideas about how a kitchen should flow, functionally. I was very happy with my design. He was thorough polite with a great attention to detail.

I booked a home design appointment for the 8th at 12:30pm and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

The operative called the day before to ask about the size of my kitchen. Based solely on me saying it was small to medium, she immediately quoted an estimated cost of £10,000–£15,000 and asked whether I would be able to afford it before even attending. Her tone noticeably changed once she realised I live in a council flat, which gave the impression of bias and made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unnecessary.

On the day, she arrived 30–40 minutes late with no call or message to let me know. When she finally came in, she commented that my current kitchen looked “unfinished” and began measuring, but asked me no questions at all about my needs, preferences, or how I use the space. When I tried to explain my requirements, she appeared dismissive and even chose not to measure one of the walls until I prompted her, saying she planned to “leave it blank.”

After barely 10–15 minutes, she was ready to leave. When I showed her the ranges I liked online (“Sofia” and “Madison”), she abruptly told me she would not design anything in the Madison range because it was a cheaper option. She then said she had no availability for at least two weeks and couldn’t offer a follow‑up appointment. There was no discussion about layouts, worktops, pros and cons of the ranges, or any professional guidance at all.

Overall, the service was unprofessional, dismissive, and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

Our kitchen needed renovation , pop into our local wicks in seven sisters N15 area to see what was on offer. The show room upstairs had stunning kitchen displays, a variety choices.
Met with the design/ consultant Mr Costas Christou who was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He was very patience and understanding in what we wanted , during the course of planning / designing our kitchen he made adjustment to suite our kitchen area. At the end of the planning / design he was able to ensure we get the discount that was on offer plus addition discount on appliance .
Costas gave as detail explanation of the design and print out of measurements and photos which will be vital when we come to install the kitchen.
The kitchen units on display in the showroom are quality made units, we choose the Esker Azure its a lovely colour and sleek design.
I would recommend to visit Wicks first before going anywhere else.

We have designed and bought our new kitchen with the expert help of Costas Christou at the Tottenham branch of Wickes. Costas was exceptional in going the extra mile and guiding us through what initially could seem daunting. The result exceeded our expectations. We are very happy and would recommend Costas and Wickes 100%.

Brilliant design appointment with Shaysta at the Tottenham Branch. Very welcoming, understood our needs and budget and designed the kitchen accordingly. Also very knowledgable on what works and what doesn't work from a design perspective. Amazing service!

Fined 500 pounds due to Wickes fly tipping! What can I say I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Wickes bathrooms. I paid a lot of money for my bathroom with them and paid extra for the installation service which included waste disposal.

However, they left the waste outside without asking permission from the council and I was fined for fly tipping. Wickes neither asked the council permission or bothered to tell me if I had to.

To add insult to injury I asked Wickes for a refund for the fine since it was their fault. They responded by giving me a measly £150 compensation! I have now made an official complaint and will take legal action should they not do the decent thing and refund me the full amount. Not only has this caused me financial pain it has also caused me reputational damage.

I am disgusted by the way I have been treated and would urge anyone out there not to use Wickes bathroom fitting service. Absolute disgrace.

The day before the visit the operative called to say that the booking system had a glitch and multiple people had been able to book the same appointment, therefore mine had to be cancelled. I wasn’t able to get another appointment for 2 weeks.

One of the worst experiences don’t buy from the bespoke section. I went in and they designed my bathroom everything seemed ok. on the day of installation the fitter checked everything only one pack of tiles was delivered for the whole bathroom the wrong sink and unit wrong toilet, the shower screen was wrong I tried calling the man who designed the bathroom he was never in work. I told them all the wrong stuff was delivered they said that they would call me back to sort it out they never did I kept calling they say the manager is not there at the moment and that he would call me back never did so I’ve got a fitter with nothing to fit so I had to go out buy all new stuff my self as soon as they get your money that’s it they don’t care (PLEASE DON’T DO IT)

My review relates to a gentleman named Neil; a staff member @ Wicks Tottenham. I could see that he was busy on the telephone helping a customer; he noted that I needed help and it wasn’t long after before I had his attention. After asking me about my requirements, he provided a shortlist of 4 baths, either of which would meet my needs. Unfortunately, only one on the shortlist was in stock, however, Neil was quick to point out that the rest of the tubs shortlisted were in stock at Wicks Edmonton and could be delivered quickly at a cost of £4.00!
Throughout, I found Neil to be attentive, enthusiastic, helpful and friendly- so much so that I felt that the least I could do was to bring his fantastic customer service to the attention of his team leader and to say “Thank You Neil!”

Firstly I would like to say this is genuinely been one our best experience ever! Thanks to Buhv kitchen designer.
He was genuinely so helpful we couldn’t thank him enough he made our dream come true with our first ever kitchen we designed. I have compared other kitchen with other company but wicks was the best.
Honestly I would like to thank Bhub again for his effort.
