I have been using Will iam Plumbing and Heating services for years. He and his team always provide an excellent service, are prompt in getting back to requests and provide a thorough overview of the works they have done. I always know I am in safe hands!

We’d just moved into a property and noticed quite quickly a damp smell, wet patches and that all the sinks had dodgy pipe work going on underneath. All had been done on the cheap. I’d noticed the Will I am vans around, read a few reviews and liked the simplicity of their approach. Ryan was punctual, friendly, explained what was going on and gave me some really useful tips. The whole service was brilliant. Communication, workmanship, photographic documentation of fix and cost. An e-mail arrived later with a very thorough Report on the issues, the mend and suggestions of what to look out for in the future. I hadn’t expected that. A company you felt you could trust. That’s not always the case. I will review something if it’s been a good experience, would recommend and use again. Thank you so much.

Always polite and professional speedy service - have used will i am on numerous occasions. Came to fix my kitchen tap within two hours of contacting them, and all finished within 20 minutes.

Will i am responded to my initial query very quickly with a solution and a quote. Ryan the nice plumber was round the very next day and did a quick, neat job.

We had an emergency and they had someone round in an hour because ingeniously he came on a motor scooter! Jordan was a smashing lad who repaired the leak quickly and efficiently. It took about an hour including nipping out to get parts. Great service and good value for money. I would definitely recommend them.

Ryan came to check pipework due to issues with water pressure. He was knowledgeable, polite, professional and quick. He resolved the issues within the hour.

Always on time, very efficient, gets the job done, takes photos of each stage of the work.

It is always a risk when looking for a plumber in an emergency. A neighbour recommended Will I am. The service was quick, efficient and at an incredibly reasonable price.

The plumber Tom arrived within and hour was quickly able to isolate and resolve the issue promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely be using them again

I paid £180 for what was supposed to be a repair, only for the exact same issue to return in under 48 hours. My tenants confirmed the plumber was on-site for no more than 20 minutes — clearly not enough time to properly diagnose or fix anything.

When I contacted them to come back and resolve the issue, I was told they couldn’t return until the following Wednesday. This would have left my tenants without heating and hot water for nearly a week — completely unacceptable and frankly irresponsible.

I had no choice but to call an emergency plumber, who spent over 2 hours on-site properly identifying and fixing the problem, at an additional cost of £300.

What really sums this company up is that, despite failing to fix the heating, they were still happy to offer me an appointment for a gas safety certificate in the meantime — prioritising more paid work rather than correcting their own failed job.

This experience cost me time, money, and caused unnecessary stress for my tenants. The lack of urgency, poor workmanship, and questionable priorities speak for themselves.

I would not use this company again under any circumstances, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

I have been using Will i am Plumbing & Heating Limited for a number of years now and I have always been impressed with the levels of communication, efficiency and professionalism within the team. I feel we have now built a good level of trust. From initial contact and diagnosis through to job completion, the whole process is on point and tied together with clear paperwork. I am comfortable allowing them to liaise directly with my Tenant when required. Provided the firm maintains this level of service, in tandem with staying competitive I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending Will i am Plumbing & Heating Limited.

William responded promptly and professionally at a busy time for them with a reasonable quote, and arranged for the work to be carried out at short notice just before Christmas.
Engineers Ryan and Yasin proceeded as agreed to remove faulty shower pump, change and reconfigure the pipes accordingly, add isolation valves, etc. Ryan was also able to trouble-shoot an issue that came to light on the day and address it by replacing a faulty gate valve in order to leave the system working at its best - at no extra cost.
I found them efficient and pleasant to deal with and they kept me updated throughout.
Three weeks have now gone and I am pleased with the work carried out and have had no problems arising from it.
I plan to use again ‘Will-I-am’ for future work, and I am very happy to recommend them to others.

I have relied on Will i am for boiler and heating service and repair for a number of years and they have always been super professional and provided an excellent service. All the employees are friendly, professional and courteous. Everything is really well explained and the work is carried out promptly. This time it was for a new boiler and I'm delighted with the standard of the work and the value for money.

William and his team at Will i am have been our regular plumbers and gas engineers for around ten years. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and always complete work to a high standard with expert advice. We always receive excellent service. We have our boiler serviced by them every year, along with a gas safety check, and other call outs throughout the year as problems arise in our flat - and always find the team excellent.
