William and his team are so professional and reliable. We had an ongoing issue for many years that no one else could resolve. Had barely any water in the back of the property and constant air locks. William's team performed thorough investigations and resolved the issue. It is a miracle to have proper flowing water and good pressure again thanks to William and his fantastic team. Would absolutely recommend their service.

I've been using their services for over a year now. Quite satisfied. Very organised, clear quotes, detailed reports, fixing things for free of cost when (rarely) their service didn't fix the issue completely... Very trustworthy company.

I would definitely give 5 stars to William, as when I explained my Boiler water leak issue, he provided a solution over the phone and email with a video link of how to resolve it without visiting the property. As he doesn't cover my area but he went out of his way to assist me at all the steps until it got resolved.
So definitely do recommend him for any Professional & good quality work.

Good employees but bad service.
This company only cares about the money you pay them, will not speak to you unless you make the payments - which makes it sound like they don't trust you. And apparently you need to prepay as opposed to pay after the service. I've had a longer relationship with them so thought this is unacceptable. Constantly ignoring calls/emails etc.
My first boiler experience - they should send reminders for servicing or schedule them for you. Due to this I had to live without hot water for 2.5 weeks! (as my luck would have it, London was <5 degrees most of this time). I'm glad for my wfh work style, my neighbors, gym and my friends for the showers I took!
The guys who come to do the actual work are nice, the main guy - quite rude.

Efficient, courteous and effective! I've used Will I Am services a number of times and it is always very easy and well organised to book an appointment. The work is done to a high standard, the engineers are courteous and helpful, and prices very fair. Work area cleaned up well, and a full report with details and photos is provided. Would highly reccommend.

Excellent service, as ever. Minor leak was fixed promptly, and larger problem identified. Paul gave us some options on how to proceed, then sourced the new part and fitted it in good time, and left no mess. The prospect of being without water was a worrying one, but he resolved it excellently in 1.5 hours. Paul is knowledgeable, respectful, polite and reassuring, and we would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. He is the second person I have hired from this company, and both have been superb

I have used Will i am Plumbing on a number of occasions at a number of properties. They are always incredibly professional and thorough. They book a time and they turn up when they say and work efficiently until the job is complete. All the plumbers I have dealt with are very professional and do a very thorough and good job.

On this occasion I needed to have a kitchen tap replacing and a toilet system repaired. Both jobs were completed quickly and efficiently. Very polite and helpful workers. Great service.

The team at Will i am Plumbing have helped me with a variety of tasks, including a boiler service and replacing some worn out fittings. The work performed was carefully explained and the plumbers were polite and friendly to a fault; the most pleasant and professional tradespeople I have encountered! I will use them again and have already recommended to friends.

This lot are brilliant. I tried several other plumbers, asking for a boiler service, but they were too busy, offered distant appointments and didn't seem to care that they couldn't help. William and co were super responsive to emails, gave a soon appointment, turned up promptly and gave excellent service. I would totally recommend them.

Boiler shut down last night. Boiler cover company useless and can't get anyone out until tomorrow. No heating or hot water, so rang up Will.i.am. Although he seemed busy he talked me through resetting the boiler (and explained that as it was only 4 years old it should be covered by the manufacturer/installer... something they failed to tell me) and it's working now. I'll still have the boiler company look at it just to make sure. Will didn't charge me at all for his good advice.

Really friendly guys came to replace a radiator, they were very quick, did a great job and were very reasonably priced, and cleaned up well after - really happy with the service

I concur with the other positive reviews - we have been using Will i am for plumbing and heating related works since 2017 and they are no 'fly by night' company. They have been consistently reliable with good record keeping and communications.

Good preliminary communications. Prompt scheduling. Job successfully completed by an expert. No-surprises invoicing.

Really straightforward and easy to communicate with. They had diagnosed my problem, provided an estimate and were able to come and fix it on the same day. Very happy with the service.
