Will i am Plumbing & Heating Ltd レビュー

Troublesome leak under the carpet/floorboards in an old victorian terraced house.

When the source of the leak had been identified Joe and Fabio quickly worked out a solution involving the minimum of disruption and once implemented restored everything neatly and tidily, all at a reasonable price.

Many thanks again and I would not hesitate to ask you to return and resolve any future issues.

Great experience, very efficient and good communication.

The work was carried out, as always, efficiently, carefully and thoughtfully.

I received a quick response, reasonable quote and the work was completed the following day efficiently, with minimum disruption and by polite engineers. I would certainly recommend.

Professional service. Prompt appointment. Efficient engineer. I trust this firm and will use again.

From the word go, will i am have communicated well with the whole process of replacing and installing a new boiler. They were accommodating when we had to change the date schedule. On the day of the install – a diverse and energetic team arrived and got straight down to the job. As a person who likes to project-manage tradespeople around the house – they were accommodating of my suggested preferences. I enjoyed the two day they spent here. The only improvement I would suggest is a dummy’s guide to operating any of the boilers that they install for new clients (as the manufacturers’ official manuals to boiler and thermostat are quite overwhelming).

Prompt, relatively friendly and accomplished the work I needed done, but took one hour to complete a job that they reckoned would take 2-3. Still charged me for 2-3 hours of work, which I feel a bit cheated for.

Would recommend, just make sure you're clear on what to expect and come to an agreement on payment vs time worked that you're comfortable with before proceeding.

The service was prompt, expert, and on time. Highly recommended. I shall be using this company again.

Really user friendly service. Good use of email and photos to explain fault, how to fix and cost. Engineer was around at the agreed time the next day and everything was so easy. William Plumbing replaced 2 taps for me

From start to finish this was an easy process and the guys came out very quickly and on time. Very polite and professional too. Will use again.

We are very pleased with the work carried out and our experience of dealing with Will-I-Am Plumbing & Heating. We shall ask them to do future work and would certainly recommend their services.

We were let down and frustrated by our previous plumbers, and after being impressed by positive reviews employed Will-I-Am to initially service our heating and hot water system, and then to replace our hot water cylinder, flush radiators, and fix other faults. We are pleased and happy with all aspects of the work.

Communication by phone, email, text, and in person has been extremely efficient and clear, including quotes, practical arrangements and discussion of quite complicated technical questions. We saw 5 different engineers and plumbers, and would recommend any and all of them. They completed all the jobs quickly, cleanly and well, and we received detailed reports and photographic records of all works. The workmanship on complex and visible parts is extremely good; for instance, tiles were cut to shape and extensive copper pipework is beautifully done.

We are pleased to have found good, expert plumbers that we can communicate with well and rely on. Recommended.

Five stars well deserved for a top class service provided. The engineer Ryan arrived on time, he was professional, courteous, polite and efficient. Did a wonderful job removing an old bath tap to replace with a new one with a shower. Would definitely use your services in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Great job. Swift boiler replacement under tricky conditions. Thank you.

We have used William's services three times, once as a tenant and twice as a property owner. I would highly recommend this company if you need any plumbing or heating done, his employees are punctual, courteous and very professional. A highly recommended Tradesman and company.

Brilliant service - helpful, friendly, responsive and great prices! Just used for the second time - highly recommend.

Arrived on time, fixed issue promptly and left area clean/tidy. Very professional and trustworthy. Not only fixed issue, but explained how it happened and changed configuration so that I will not experience the same issue again in the future. Excellent communications. Would 100% recommend.

Superb service. Clear, organised and helpful from start to finish. I can't recommend Will and his team highly enough.

William fitted our new boiler last year. He was extremely efficient, turned up on time, was well informed, well equipped and very courteous. He reminded us it needed servicing and came out to do the work last week, again all on time and on budget.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him to all my friends and family

Ryan attended to fix the toilet flush - a concealed unit.
He was on time, professional, efficient and knowledgable.
The email communication beforehand was also very good and no pre-payment needed etc.
The quote was an accurate one.
The report I received post works was also very informative.
An excellent company - so impressed.
