From ordering to delivery excellent service

Items as described, delivered when said. Pole hose is stiffer than what I have been used to, which works better in the heat with a univalve fitted.

Delivery by FedEx, quite pricey but next day.
Perhaps they could offer a cheaper option with longer delivery time.

Poor communication need train staff to send out emails when my window cleaning stuffs being delivered no reply on emails had to call up then they decided to deliver next few days

Easy to choose what you want on the website and quick delivery

I placed an order for a DragonFly system worth around £1600 through the website and initially received only the automated order confirmation email. After that, there was no communication or update at all regarding dispatch or delivery.

Over a week later, despite the website stating delivery within 5 days, I had to chase the company myself because we urgently needed the equipment for a customer job. When I phoned, I was told the order would be delivered that same day. I specifically asked for the courier name and tracking details, but these were never properly provided. I was simply reassured it would arrive. It did not.

The following day I called again and was then told the item was actually coming directly from the manufacturer, not from them. Again I requested tracking information and delivery details, and again nobody seemed willing or able to provide clear answers.

I explained that we would likely be out working and asked for the driver to try neighbouring flats if needed. The delivery attempt then showed as “refused” on the tracking, which was completely untrue. When I contacted them again, I was told the driver could not gain access to the building, despite there being a trades access button available.

When the equipment finally arrived, it was left unattended in the main hallway entrance rather than outside our flat door where we have a doorbell camera. The packaging was battered and partially open, leaving an expensive order exposed. Thankfully everything appeared to be inside and working, and we only just managed to complete the customer job in time.

The DragonFly equipment itself seems good so far, but the overall ordering and delivery experience was stressful, disorganised, and not what I would expect when spending this amount of money.
