Great company and customer service

the customer service on the front end was impeccable. Lots of help with measuring , even live support over the phone.
was surprised tho that after ensuring the measurements were perfect, the height of the glass of the window was shorter than i expected. the overall frame of the window fit well, but the glass height was shorter.

The customer service has been great. The followup contact to ensure I ordered the correct product for my DIY project was very helpful in ensuring I will be successful when installing my new window.

They call you and double check everything. It's a very nice experience.

I love that customer service calls you to ensure and review exactly what you want is what you're getting. Great old fashioned customer service. Fantastic. They were even able to answer a few additional questions that I had.

Good quality, fast delivery

Wonderful experience all around. Great windows… we love them. Great customer service and follow up. We wouldn’t hesitate to buy windows from this company again !

Friendly, reliable and great product priced right! What else could be said!!!

They are scam!!!!! I placed an order a month ago and said it’s in transit and then delivered but I didn’t get any delivery plus I contacted them several times and no answers!!!

My window order was processed, manufactured, and shipped in a timely manner. I have been happy with all of my orders with WindowEstore. Quality windows at a fair price.

Was told by local vendors in Lubbock after recent hail storm, that it would be 6 weeks to 4 months to get replacement windows. I placed my order online and had windows in 3 weeks. Amazing customer service, price and product. Thank you for making this happen.

Ease of ordering process. Customer service quick response to purchase to make sure your order is placed correctly.

Great service. Always get a phone call from a REAL person verifying your order, sizes, and any questions you might have. Just a great experience. The quality of these wi does is top notch, and MADE IN USA!!!!

Beginning the process of ordering windows was easy and when I called they answered my questions. I will start with one window and if that goes well I will order the remaining windows for my house. I will write another review once the window arrives and install complete.

Great customer service. She knew what she was talking about.

Last year we had to build a mini home for my wife approximately 3 hours away from our home due to her work. The build was a 400 square foot home that is insulated in closed and open cell to increase the R-value. Our concern was the windows because of the amount that was planned for the build. 8 windows were to be installed and the build is located in east Texas. I was fairly worried because how hot it can be. Therefore, we decided to look for windows that weren't the cheapest but not the most expensive. I would tell you after installing them, make sure to do your homework and never cheap out on windows. The installation was really easy with step by step instructions. The delivery was awesome because they communicated with me weekly via email and text. I did call once to verify and they were very he[pful. Once in, the windows and sliding door have a robust look and feel. We only had to put in a small mini split A/C that runs off 110 volts due to the insulation and windows. Its basically a yeti cooler in the summer. I timed how long it took to cool down and it was around 12-15 minutes. Due to delivery, installation and look, I won't by any other windows. great company!

Great windows and great people

Ordered ecostorm windows because it has triple pane windows and I needed something to deaden sound more. Derek, recommended the ecoxtreme with the keep safe laminated which is good for both safety and to deaden sound a little bit. Saved me hundreds of dollars and I know I'll be getting a good set of upstairs windows. Thanks windowestore!

Get these Windows! They are in a class of their own, made from high grade material customized to an exact fit and far superior to boxstore windows. They went in easy and came with screens as promised. The reps are easy to talk to and will call you as soon as you order to verify order details. I was skeptical at first but after install I have decided to do my entire house.
