The friendly staff at WINFertility answered all of our questions and made the entire process as easy as possible. The bundle system made paying for everything easy, and we plan to use their services again to pay for our transfer cycle.

Very Honest and kind.

The idea to help couples in this process is good but the service to explain each plan is a bit confusing. They change the plan on each call and they promise something is included when in the contract it is not. Confusing and a bit stressful.

Everything was handled easily and efficiently. Got my meds without any issues. And the reps were endlessly kind and patient with me even when I was emotional and frustrated toward them.

Unprofessional. They had a technical / system issue to transfer my prescription to the pharmacy. I spent hours on the phone between them and the pharmacy. They assured me my medication would be delivered on time no matter what, but it came one day late (and after me making all the phone calls). I asked them to keep me updated but they did not so I had to follow up several times for status. I was very stressed out working with them and didn't receive my medication the day I was supposed to.

I couldn't believe I could get access to fertility treatments so much cheaper for the exact clinic I was already going to. The process was seamless, highly recommend.

All I can say is thank you for helping to make my dream come true...I am finally a mommy!

Good service overall, but sometimes there were major hold times on the phones, and there were times when the customer service was barely pleasant. I still value the service but things could have gone smoother.

WINfertility was so easy to work with and made receiving my medications both convenient and affordable.

Great service. The patient specialists were amazing – very professional, gave us good advice, and knowledge as to how to take advantage of discounts. I would recommend anyone going through IVF to check them out.

I would give them 5 stars but Prosper, the group they use for financing, is TERRIBLE! Very rude and if I had more time to shop around for a loan I would have.

Med delivery problems

I had to call several times to make sure that the medicine was delivered when I needed it - received partial deliveries essentially completing order one day later than originally agreed upon. One day is not a long time but the hassle in a time sensitive process was too much for me

I would highly recommend. They were able to save us money and customer service is excellent!

The staff is helpful, informative and patient.

WinFertility was a good option financially for us, but some of their operation left a lot to desire. Late payment by WinFertility caused a bill from our RE sent to our home and gave me a mini heart attack. The CS line is often busy and required long wait. I am still happy with their service, but do wish there would be improvement in some areas.

WINFertility has been both professional and helpful every step of the way. My insurance does not cover my treatment and by combining medications with the treatment it is much more affordable. Highly recommend.
