In spite of my best efforts, the zipper was stuck and the bag would not open. What a waste.

The price is mid-tier when compared to the full-spectrum of solo tents; the quality is exceptional.

Where I see the riding-camping community getting hung up, perspective-wise, is on the distinction between tent and swag, so here's my take: solo tents are designed to be carried on your person, swags are designed to be carried on your vehicle. If you mix up these purposes, you are not going to see the different advantages clearly.

When you choose the Goose over a solo tent, you are choosing durability, simplicity, and comfort; you can choose these things because your machine is capable of carrying the weight of canvas. If you need to carry something on your person, you need a tent.

P.S. Getting a good night sleep is an underrated part of traveling sustainably, and sleeping in the Goose is great.

Draussen liegt noch Schnee. Das Probeschlafen im Wohnzimmer (ohne Mopped) war einfach nur traumhaft.

Hab mich sofort in alle Details verliebt und bin dadurch blind, falls es irgendetwas auszusetzen gäbe 😍.

Der Gedanke an mein Biker-Swag reicht aus, um mir ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zu zaubern und das obwohl meine Saison erst in knapp drei Monaten beginnt.

Ich weiß nicht mal, für welche Wetterbedingungren das Zelt wirklich ausgelegt ist und überlege duch meine 'rosa rote Brille', ob ich auf dem verschneiten Balkon oder in der Tiefgarage trotz Minusgraden das Zelt weiter testen sollte 😂

P.S. Zollhinweise waren gut, hatte aber die Einfuhrgebühr nicht ganz verstanden und deswegen alles problemlos über DHL abwickeln lassen.

I placed the order on the Monday, it was delivered Wednesday morning. Best tent Iv owned, I had a shot of a mates last year and was all I needed to convince me to buy one. Great service, great tent.

The overall experience was excellent. The delivery was even faster than expected. The quality of the product is outstanding, exactly as expected. Everthing on this swag (because that is what this "tent" essentially is) is made to last. From the material (canvas) to the floor to the stitching and other hardware. I had a question regarding the material of the mattress cover, and promptly got the answer. Can only recommend. Looking forward to sleep and camp in this swag.

got this thing as a christmas present. The tent is huge, bulky and heavy. the lenth of a rolled up toucan out of the box is 29.5 inches which is definitely not 65cm, much larger than advertised. on my bike it looks like i just bought a mattress in ikea. (i have an Indian Roadmaster, btw. which is a pretty big motorcycle). Unfortunately my wife ordered it a couple of months ago so i can't return it, because, if i got it right, this company have ridiculously short returning period. whatever. this tent is unusable for me, as i regularly do long-haul rides ( like 800 miles a day) with a passenger, and i cant affofd having a tent larger in volume than all my staff altogether.
If you need some compact decision for motorcycle camping, just keep in mind that Toucan is simply not it.

Great customer service, i had questions and the reply emails were fast and helpful, tent quality is great and design suits me, takes a few minutes to setup but its getting easier and faster, i love the idea of sleeping bag and mattress in one but think the sleeping bag should have a dual zipper so can accessed from either side, another issue I have found is the pole and peg/rope pocket can be hard to get items out when jammed in the end for thick armed people, I will be modifying it with some Velcro along the long side to assist with this issue. Freight was very fast from UK to Perth(Australia) but Australia post let it down on the delivery up north. Only a few days late but no tracking (once handed over from dhl) which made it painful.
Overall, very happy with the Goose and will be referring to other riders.
