Watch out on what you invest.
More than once paper solid companies end up in administration.
If you invest in companies you need to regularly check on them, otherwise you might login and find out they are out of business.
They just list the lifetime interest on the dashboard(always positive and in nice green), what would be more useful is the aggregate profit and loss which is very different.

My experience with WiseAlpha so far hasâŠ
My experience with WiseAlpha so far has been excellent. I have tried out both a Robowise account and bought an individual gilt. When the gilt matured a few days ago, they notified me when the proceeds arrived, and now I've withdrawn those proceeds with no problem.
I expect to use the account more actively now that I'm comfortable that it works like any other investment account.

Really pleased with my experience
The user interface is well designed and easy to use. The "Bond Academy" is a great way to learn about the basics of fixed income before jumping in and making investments. I've tested out selling investments and making withdrawals and all works as expected. I'm really pleased with my experience so far and will be increasing the level of my investment over time. Just wish they offered ISA and SIPP wrappers for tax efficient investments.

Trapped money, illiquid market
Everything seems fine when you are entering WiseAlpha, the issue is when you are trying to take your money out...you can only sell to other new investors - meaning if I want out and no one is buying - I have to wait for the bond to mature.... and because I have invested via Robowise - that could be years?
I have about 15k left in, and its currently liquidating £1 a day.... at this rate, 75 years....I was concerned and decided to get my money out once I saw they were going to seedrs for funds. Funny how you always learn the traps too late.
Edit: I was flicking through all the +ve reviews, and I would say the experience until you want your money out, is +ve. I would suspect if a few people tried to exit funds the balance of reviews might be a tad different.
Edit2: took just shy of 3 months to w/d funds, with WiseAlpha kindly taking the last 5% of portfolio directly, leaving a tiny amount which cannot be sold on the platform whilst companies are undergoing restructuring.

Whilst I appreciate that your Robowise portfolio did not sell immediately, having looked at the portfolio, I can see that a large amount of the portfolio sold down within a week. Your other sell orders have also been executed. It is not accurate that you were able to sell £1 per day.
As you are aware from our terms and conditions (https://www.wisealpha.com/investor-agreements/terms-conditions) and from our FAQ (https://support.wisealpha.com/en/articles/2731729-how-do-i-sell-my-fractional-bonds.), our marketplace is member to member, meaning that when you want to sell a position, it requires another WiseAlpha member to purchase this from you. To date, everyone that has wanted to sell has been able to do so.

Simple and clear to invest. Time will tell how good the returns are, but so far looks good. Like other comments below I'm knocking off a star because I'm not able to wrap within an IFISA which is stopping me from increasing my investment before the taxman gets his hands on things.
