All the staff from Wise Property Care were excellent. James, Jackson, Craig, Willie and Chris were hard working, competent, courteous and very obliging to an older person. Their drilling work necessarily created a great deal of dust and dirt. I was amazed at how well they tidied up before leaving my home. That left me with a minimal amount of cleaning to do.
The best thing about Wise Property is that they co-ordinate the work of various craft workers so that the whole process of a job flows seamlessly. I can recommend this company to needs the property services which Wise provides.

Works team were 1st class on application of damp course, excellent tidy work backed by friendly and helpful office staff.

Booked a £300 damp survey on a property l’m purchasing. The staff were friendly and helpful in arranging the survey in my absence. I was told at the time of booking, the surveyor would follow up with a verbal report and the written report would be 3-5 working days after. I was not contacted for the verbal report, but had to chase it; the surveyor was helpful and knowledgable. However, getting the written report from them was frustrating; I called on working day 4 to ask when I would receive it and was told that it would be ready in another 2 working days (already beyond their contractual timeline) the assistant said they’d mark it as urgent, to no effect. I called again at the end of working day 6, the day they previously said it would be ready, and was informed that it needed to be signed off by a manager, but they were in meetings and I’d get it the following day. The following day (7) yet another phone call to finally get the report. The quotes contained therein are higher than average. Given this and their disorganisation I’m unlikely to engage them to carry out actual work.

I contacted Wise property care in November for a damp/ mold problem in a cupboard in my flat. I pay £210 for a check of the WHOLE property as I bought it just a few months ago. I wasn't home when the engineer came in December but my flatmate told me he only checked the cupboard and didn't call me afterwards. I only had feedback a few days later after repedely calling the company. They suggested to put an extractor fan in the bathroom. I asked for the engineer to come back when I was home as I wasn't satisfied with the survey. He came back on the 12th of January, didn't checked the whole property again, I asked for a quote for another kind of job and he never got back to me. I contacted the company on the 12th of February (after one month) to complain and they just say they were sorry. I've got in contact with another company, they did a free survey of the WHOLE property and suggested a ventilation system that makes much more sense and they will start the work next week. I wasted £210 and had to live all winter with the damp and mold problem. This is unacceptable, they have been incompetent, dishonest and really not nice in dealing with the issue. I strongly recommend not to use Wise Management care

Excellent company from start to finish. From initial surveyor visit from Kevin Rowe and for his continued support and meeting James, Jackson, Brendan and Willie for the quick, tidy and efficient site work. A pleasure to deal with all of them. Not to forget the wonderful Aileen in the Glasgow contracts office who also helped clarify some points for me in good time. Recommend.

The team carrying out the work, Kevin and Stephen did the work quickly and efficiently. They did their best to leave the space as clean as possible after they'd completed the work. Kevin was happy to explain the work, the process used and also advise on best practice for the next stage of the job.

Kev and Liam came this morning to treat a woodworm issue in the eaves of our property. They were great - got the job done efficiently, made sure they laid down carpet protection everywhere so there was no mess left at all, and were both professional and friendly! Definitely to be recommended

Reflection of property poor. Arrived early, strange comments and questions for box ticking exercise made. Report after was written with the view the householder wouldn't read. Report critiqued methods recommended by industry such as using curtains, and input personal opinion. Surveyor arrived early and insisted on starting then. Having researched this organisation and the qualifying bodies for this type of report, it may be needed by some, shop around. This one may come up first, however they are not recommended by this user.

Delighted the woodworm problem has been dealt with. Was please with the job Kev done. Arrived bang on time, set up and completed the job promptly, reassuring me all areas were good, well sprayed, and shouldn't need any further treatment. Cheers, job done well.

I required some woodworm treatment to the loft area of my property in Strathdon, Aberdeenshire. A big thank you to Yvonne in the office and particularly Grant the technician. Although we live in a remote area he arrived exactly on time. Explained the process fully. Carried out the work efficiently and left my property fully cleaned of any debris. A real professional. Overall a great customer service.

Both the Wise technician and the plasterer arrived on time to carry out the job. The technician was knowledgeable about the damp proofing treatment being carried out. He was professional and respectful of our home tidying as he went about the job .
The Wise plasterer was equally professional and left the area tidy.
My only concerns are that I am waiting for a return phone call from Wise to advise me of my guarantee for the work carried out .
Otherwise I would highly recommend this company.

Brendan arrived on time and completed the required works efficiently. He kept us up to date during the day to advise of his progress, and left our property clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the service.

Wise delivered on their promise. Their employees came on time and worked efficiently. They were pleasant and helpful and cleaned up after them.
I would certainly recommend the two young men who carried out the work.

Efficient, well conducted, and helpful service to carry out a woodworm treatment in a residential attic. Prompt communication and responses throughout.

In my line of business I often have recommended clients to use Wise Property Care but this time I used them for some work to my own property. From the initial call they were very helpful and set up a survey. The survey was carried out with a report being sent quickly detailing the findings and recommendations. A booking was made and Kev attended the property to carry out the treatment. It was a great service throughout and the work was carried out with care and precision and would highly recommend the company for such work.
