Wise Property Care レビュー

I have used Wise for remedial damp work and have been very pleased with them at all stages of the work: from Steven - the Surveyor; Margaret - in the office; and Donald and Greig who carried out the work. Highly recommended.

Great service from Wullie Mulgrew. Turned up on time, very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend, thank you!!!

Ross Davidson in Inverness has been absolutely fantastic to deal with, I have had multiple dealings with Ross within my employment and personally and he has always dealt with matters promptly and with brilliant communication throughout. Fantastic service.

Wise Property Care was very prompt in dealing with our Japanese Knotweed and the service is excellent. From the first day of treatment Brian Smith has arrived on time, carried out an efficient service in a friendly manner.

I had an issue that I needed the 'experts' advice on regarding woodworm or some other unknown parasite. William answered my call for advice promptly and provided various options as to what the problem was. On referring back to my client (new build house) I decided it needed further investigation. I contact William next day and he arranged to visit the property to investigate. He very quickly analysed the situation and advised there was no problem and the issue was caused by something other than the originally thought troublesome woodworm/parasite. This information/advice put the client and myself at ease knowing that there was nothing to worry about. The prompt service, professionalism and detailed advice given was very much appreciated and alleviated the concern. Wise Property will certainly be my first port of call should I ever require anything likewise in future.

First class service from quote to carrying out treatment. Grant carrying out the treatment was a great asset to the company.

Ross at Wise Property Care was friendly, professional and efficient. He carried out a survey on our property and had the timber report back to us very quick.
I would definitely recommend to friends and family and if need be I would use him again.

Ross at Wise Property Care performs to a very high standard and is consistent in what he does. He is very helpful and will always make time for his clients.

Over the years, we have continued to receive first class service from Ross Davidson - North Scotland Senior Surveyor. Our requests are dealt with very promptly and we are kept in the loop at every stage of the job. All the team at e2w Property recommend the services of Wise Property Care - this is down to the hard work and professional service Ross provides.

As always, absolutely fantastic service from Ross Davidson. First class from start to finish. From the point of requesting a survey, to having it carried out and receiving the information so promptly afterwards. We highly recommend the services of Wise Property Care, a huge thank to Ross Davidson and your superb team again.

i cannot comment on the work they do primarily only their fill in work for local councils
a one week job described as that by all the trades that have visited and still waiting for completion 5 weeks later 4 missed visits days off work to be home
guess from experience and my own job and situation that i,m lowest on the ladder
to be fair the trades that did visit were excellent messy with one trade but all friendly and frustrated as much as me

Excellent service from start to finish! Thank you Laura, Kevin and Raymond for your friendly and professional service. Delighted with the job done on site and the liaison with the office.

Excellent customer service. Kev who came to do the work on the day, did an excellent job. Communicated well about times of arrival. Explained everything to me and left the property ready for the worker coming in to do the next stage of the work. Thank you.

From start to finish Wise could not have been more helpful. Quick response, clear communication and lovely staff.
I will definitely be using them again.

Really prompt in responding and trustworthy company. Kevin and Raymond did a lovely job
Would recommend them.

I would highly recommend these guys, they are so friendly, helpful, efficient, well organised and do what they say they are going to do. Nowadays that seems to be a tall order but not for these guys, they are just the best and I cannot recommend them enough.

When I discovered woodworm in my front porch I contacted 4 firms to try and get someone out to see what I thought would be a very small and contained job.

2 firms wanted £200 odd just to come out and see the problem, one couldn't come straight away (I am still awaiting them coming back to me as to when they can come round) and Wise Property Care, who although busy, accepted my assessment that it was a small / quick job and popped in on their way to another job to have a quick look.

As it was such a small job they suggested if I was amenable that they fit me in when they could between other jobs. They came round a couple of days later and sorted the problem.

The surveyor and the technicians were polite, informative and generally excellent. I would highly recommend Wise Property Care.

Absolutely cannot fault Wise Property Care. The customer service team, the surveyor that checked our property and the workmen that carried out the work were all fantastic: friendly, timely, helpful and professional. Great service.

Called up Wise Property Care for a survey as there was a note on the home report about possible woodworm. Mark showed up on time, was very professional and at the end of the survey informed us that there was nothing to be concerned about as it was historical and had been treated previously. Excellent service and will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

This company are absolutely horrendous. The guy who comes out to see you is a smooth talker and promises you everything and then at the end of the day lets you down.

I can only give one piece of advice. If they give you a price or a promise. Get it in blood because otherwise it is not worth the paper it is written on.
