Highly recommended. Jordan explains everything really clearly and is very kind and professional. Ears feel so much better!

Would highly recommend this clinic within Beech down Fitness club. Plenty of car park space, friendly staff, no waiting. Jordan talked through the procedure making me feel at ease throughout. Amazing service, only wish I’d gone sooner.

Essentially, I would recommend, would use again and plan to use again

Provided a very professional service and made sure that the work was completed with the minimum of discomfort.

I had experienced ear pain and swelling from ear wax build up for a number of weeks. Booking with Jordan was easy, fast and I was seen in less than a week which compared to elsewhere seemed impossible! Professional, informative throughout and left me pain free. Ears so clean I can now hear colours! Highly recommend Jordan for both the ear cleaning and the many other services I have found out Wizard clinics offer!

Searched for wax removal via Google on the Saturday found wizard clinic had availability on the Monday so booked… quick and efficient. Jordon arrived on time and was friendly and informative. If I needed this procedure again I wouldn’t hesitate to book wizard clinic.

Jordan arrived a little early and w explained the procedure clearly.
Proceeded to examine my ears which had some wax which he removed. Sadly not a big improvement with my hearing so it is me!
I will certainly recommend him to others.

A Sunday appointment. Jordan showed me the blockages in both ears on his mobile phone and after the suction treatment showed me two absolutely clean eardrums. Well recommended.

Easy booking system , came out to my mothers nursing home and Jordan was amazing, so patient and had a perfect calm energy as with my mums dementia , anything other than calm can make things very difficult. Jordon read the room and adapted accordingly - if only everyone was that switched on to dementia. Highly recommend

Jordan came to our house to remove my earwax today. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. It was very convenient having him come to our home. He quickly and easily removed some large lumps of ear wax, which has given me some relief. Would definitely recommend Jordan and we will be using him again in the future.

Jordan arrived on time for my home appointment.
He put me at ease as I have not had ear suction previously. He answered all my questions and was very professional and caring. The process is far less invasive than ear flushing with a warm water pump. I can thoroughly recommend Jordan and Earwax Wizards.

Easy to book online, with an appointment available two days later. Jordan arrived on time. Very professional with explanations all the way. No doubts I’ll be using them in the future, thoroughly recommended.

In the end, what was meant to be ear wax removal as recommended by a doctor, turned out to be an extremely useful (and less expensive) consultation. The Earwax Wizard consultant could see that my inner ear was infected and was reluctant to go too deep into the ear. He did remove some wax and my hearing is much better. He recommended a course of over-the-counter Earcalm to stop the infection, and return to the doctor for stronger antibiotics if this does not work.

Excellent service, I was lucky enough to be seen same day to help with my waxed ears, I was shown a video of ears which showed me the problem and I was so glad I went! Jordan the ear wax wizard was exceptionally outstanding he put me at ease, explained in detail and a genuine nice guy. My ears feel better all round so happy with the service. Would defo recommend.
