After playing for a while on FGFox I got a invitation to play on wizebets. And also here you can easy deposit but withdrawal is a nightmare. For days I am sending proof of I am real with adres / bank / deposit proof over 800€ and bills. And after losing 700€ I want to withdrawal at least something back to cover the big losses.

They let you wait and refuse the withdrawal and during the waiting they give you some spins …

But never let you pay out, also the maximum is 500€ and it takes over 7 days.

And maybe after a while they do but you need to wait for 5+ days ,

Most sites = instant payout

Don’t do it = mega scam

This website isn't what it used to be. You used to get your money deposited within two days.
If you win money now, you have to beg for it. I've been waiting a month for €500. I keep getting told, "Please be patient." We're having problems with the financial administration, we're working on it.
It shouldn't be the player's problem if they have problems. They should first sort out their financial administration before the website goes live.
I wouldn't pay any money into this website again.

Langzaam en slechte uitbetalen

Service is goed maar erg langzaam met uitbetalen en duurt lang voordat ze de fout hebben gecorrigeerd.
Wacht nu 3 weken op uitbetaling .
Storten kan wel in 5 minuten maar in uitbetalen hebben ze geen zin in en geven de schuld aan de provider.
Leuk aanbod aan spellen en als je niet verwacht te worden uitbetaald kan je hier gerust spelen, maar als je 10.000 zou winnen ben je een jaar onderweg voordat je je geld krijgt.

Ik speel al jaren met plezier op…

ik heb op 25 juli een uitbetaling gedaan. Binnen 3 dagen kon ik mijn bankgegevens invoeren. Het is nu 6 augustus, en heb mijn redrawal nog niet binnen op mijn bank. Zit dus al 13 dagen te wachten op mijn uitbetaling. Nu heb ik een behulpzame vip manager Ada. Die dan een bericht stuurt naar het finance departement om het proces te laten versnellen. Maar dat was inmiddels alweer 3 dagen geleden! We leven in een digitale wereld waarbij alles met n druk op de knop geregeld is, waarom moet ik dan nu inmiddels 13 dagen wachten op een uitbetaling? Ik geef n update wanneer ik het eindelijk binnen heb. Maar vrees dat dit nog wel even gaat duren!
UPDATE: na 28 dagen eindelijk mijn cashout gekregen. 28 dagen.... sorry ada bedankt voor je hulp, maar ik ben bang dat dit lange wachten op cashouts niet zal veranderen. Dus ik stop ook per direct met jullie casino.

*laten we ook wat positiefs zeggen

*de wekelijkse rakeback is wel leuk (verhoogt naar mate je meer speelt (loyaliteitsbonus))
*groot aanbod (alleen voor Nederlanders zijn evolution gaming spellen niet toegankelijk)

Onacceptabele Klantenservice en Geen Reactie op AVG-Verzoek/ Unacceptable Customer Service and No Response to GDPR Request

Ik wil mijn ervaring met Wizebets Casino delen, die helaas zeer teleurstellend is. Op 22 juni 2024 heb ik een AVG-verzoek ( Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming) ingediend, maar tot op heden heb ik hier geen enkele reactie op ontvangen. Na meerdere herinneringen, waaronder e-mails op 4 september en 22 oktober 2024, blijft het stil.

Het is schokkend dat ik niemand kan bereiken via live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram of e-mail. Deze gebrek aan communicatie en opvolging is niet alleen onprofessioneel, maar ook in strijd met de wetgeving rondom de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.

Ik raad anderen aan om goed na te denken voordat ze hun gegevens aan Wizebets Casino toevertrouwen. Als dit de manier is waarop ze met klanten omgaan, vraag ik me af hoe ze omgaan met gevoelige informatie.

Ik hoop op een spoedige oplossing, maar tot nu toe ben ik ernstig teleurgesteld.
