Wooffrills レビュー

I absolutely adored my dogs’ cute tux-like bandanas! Got them for my sister’s wedding and I’m sure they’re going to look beautiful with them! Thanks Lavi for making it possible!

Delivery came really quick, beautiful design, really great quality and my pup loves it

I ordered an item that was in the sale, Upon arrival I noticed it was missing the colour From the bundle purchased. I contacted them and they did send the collar swiftly, However, I noticed there was a mismatch In the colours. When I contacted them, The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me it states this on the website and that’s why it was on sale. I understand that I may have missed the statement that it was mismatched, The service was absolutely appalling, And there was zero professionalism From the company when I messaged. I honestly would not recommend.

She also lies.

Delighted with the quality of my dogs new collars and leads, they’re so stylish! 5* customer service too, there was a small error with my order (a missing item) but the owner responded to my communication within the hour, and the missing piece arrived within 2 days - excellent communication and service! We will be back :)

A lovely kind and very good value small business went out of there way to accommodate me with harnesses for my little staffy. This small business offers quality , value and so many beautiful designs and colours for all sizes and breeds of dogs. The owner is very kind and thoughtful and simply goes out of her way to help make sure you are satisfied with your order! If you require a harness collar ,lead or even a full set of all 3 I would highly recommend wooffrills every time. I found them a matter of days ago and have already ordered 3 harnesses and will definitely be buying more. Thank you! 5*+

Bad quality, poor stitching. Hoody came with holes in. Ignored emails sent! Don’t waste your money

We’ve previously bought from this company, the old collars are still going strong but wanted a different colour and ‘new look’. Great quality fasteners and well made

So in love with our matching dog lead, collar and harness set. Made so well and beautiful design. Our second set we’ve purchased and we will be back for more. Highly recommend

My first order from Wooffrills and I love it! The design and quality is amazing and the design of Pupster Plaid looks gorgeous on my pug. Lavi was super friendly and helpful with my order and I couldn’t be more happy to recommend this fabulous small business ☺️🐾

Very happy with purchase, quality good and arrived quick!

I ordered 2 harness, 2 collars and a lead. The quality of these products is just amazing! I tried different brands before and Wooffrills is just the best.

I had to exchange the size of harnesses, and my second shipment got lost in the post, but the customer service was absolutley outstanding. I received responses to my emails almost immediately and the replacement has been sent right away.

Excellent communication and speedy delivery. Not to mention gorgeous Acessories/Walk Wear for your Dog.

The wooffrills harnesses & accessories are amazing. We have a huge collection for our fur babies and can’t wait to add more when they bring our new items.

Lavi the company owner and designer is incredible and super helpful and responsive. She will go above and beyond to help you if you have any questions or queries and has helped me size up my two in the beginning.
