We ordered bespoke bar stools from "world of bar stools" that we had not seen anywhere else, unfortunately there was transport damage on their arrival. Upon contacting the customer service team I can only describe the aftersales service as exceptional, They had the issue resolved with minimal inconvenience, would I use them again ? without any doubt.

I was a bit dubious about this site when I first stumbled upon it, their prices were so low I thought it had to be a scam. I decided to try and was pleasantly surprised when both chairs arrived. We didn’t use them for a month or so so when they broke I didn’t think we’d be able to do anything about it. After contacting customer service I was asked to send some photos, they then offered a refund or exchange. No hassle. I’d definitely use again.

This company tag line is "the UK's leading retailer of commercial and domestic bar stools" but be warned the quality of the products is not fit for use and my bar tables have split open and the metal legs gone rusty in only 5 months of use. When I asked for them to replace or refund they refuse to do so as they don't offer a warranty if the items are used for commercial use. So you tell me do they sell for commercial use I think this is a absolute disgrace and I will not use this company again.

We had some issue with the stools but those things can happen. You recognize a good seller on how they deal with it. They dealt with it very fast, without any quibbling, and to our full satisfaction.
We love the chairs which were at a very good price.

2 bar stools, £49.98, wasn’t expecting much but boy am I surprised!!!! The stools very good quality, turned up day after I ordered them , one very happy customer. Really pleased thank you. Total bargain.

The bar stool I wanted (at a third of the price I'd seen it elsewhere) was out of stock so I called to see when it would be in stock. Received a return 'phone call within minutes, item discontinued but suggesting similar stools. Decided to go for a different colour and ordered online. Arrived tea time the next day. Easy to assemble and good, sturdy quality. Really pleased with both the stool and the service.

Had some issues with the online contact form for this company which resulted in me ordering elsewhere. The technical issues on their website have now been fixed - just one of those things! The company have been very helpful in communicating with me since the difficulty I experienced. Good job!

Orders 4 leather dining chairs. The site said in stock next day delivery, this never happened, it was 2 months. This said customer services did answer my calls and emails.
When chairs arrived they look lovely and are comfortable so worth the wait. Just a shame the site was misleading.

Great costomer service, the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. I've shopped both at the show room and online. I would deffinatly buy from again.

Fantastic customer service and even better products!

Back in november 2016 I discovered that the 2 x Deluxe Real Leather Bar Stools that I had purchased just over 6months before had 2 pieces of metal about to come through the leather seat. Naturally after spending alot of money on the 2 stools I raised this with World of bar stools. I was told that I could choose another set of stools or wait upto 12 weeks for the matching seats to come into stock. I opted to wait for upto 12 weeks. Well we are now 26th July 2017 best part of 36 weeks that I have waited- what a joke- they will not offer refunds - promise they will come into stock soon then the date changes on the website to another month later . Please do not buy your bar stools from this company they are a joke and do not deserve to be in business .

We received our delivery today of the 4 zenith bar stools, we couldn't praise this company more, they done us a really good deal and Tracey was extremely helpful. Thanks again guys, we will recommend to all.

this company i bought myself a reclining blue gaming chair from there ebay site for £90 and over a period of month-2months the chair started creaking underneath the base where the 3 hollow poles meat to hold the piston up. and then a few days later it broke leading me to fall and hurt myself. then i emailed them with pics and they sent me a replacement base and piston. and another 1-2 months down the line i noticed a creaking sound again so this time i decided to check the base and yes the base is cracking away where the welds are again.shoddy craftsmanship and cheap metals make bad chair joints. these chairs and stools arnt made from steel theyre made from a cheap mix of metals more like tin metals and theyre powdercoated and cant tell they look cheap.

had an email from a lady representing worldofbarstools asking me if theres anything she can do gave her my mobile number and finnally 4 days later got a call from her. she asked me if i wanted a complete new chair shipped out to me as theyve got a new batch in. lol well no considering your not going to of changed the base layout and metals used in the construction. so i said no thanx besides ive got the old one and the old base frame stuck in my living room doing nothing and i cant use it. considering im in a bungalow thats bad as it takes up space for useless rubbish. and she said well you do get a years warranty with our stools and chairs. so she said i cant offer you a complemtary £25 refund back to the orginal card used. my paypal was used. and i said ok guess its better than nohing. and she said well can you please remove the trust pilot review and our accounts deprtment will process the £25 on thursday. so i did.

well worldofbarstools this is what you should of done. offer to get the old chair and parts taken away or scrapped. pick it up by courier but be warned the chair wont come apart from the base. and then refund me the whole £90 id paid for it in the first place rather than fobbing me off with your cheap stools and chairs. its all good saying pack it back up lol have you ever tried to get a computer chair back apart from the base without damaging the piston and chair piston/brace so could of offered to get a van or courier or even a man with a white van to take it away to the tip or back to there factory. rather than say a cheeky complementary £25 is good enough when its not. i dont pay £90 for pc chairs often but this was the first and did seem expensive for a glorified chair and without wheels lol. but i did and look where that got me out of pocket and using a home made make shift bench to sit on at my desk. not happy.

We received delivery of the 4 bar stools today, they look great and the staff were more than helpful throughout the buying process. Would recommend to all. 5 stars.

I was looking for a really nice bar stool, i went on their website and found the product i wanted, rang to check with the company if they had plenty in stock was told had plenty decided to order them over the phone with the lady she was very helpful and made me feel relaxed with the whole process.
The product arrived the next day and i was really impressed with it.
So glad i went to them for everything i wanted would recommend them to any of my friends.
