Excellent Service

Very easy to apply for a policy. After a few years without a policy, I found that my account was still in the system, so to renew it all I had to do was fill out a few lines. I wish everything was this simple, clear and easy. Most importantly, I had to use the insurance a few months after I bought my macbook in 2022, when the screen was broken by a bizarre incident: a sewing needle was magnetized and caught when I closed the screen, and I discovered it only a few days later. The compensation from Worth Ave came quickly without any problems.

Jasmine Garrett was absolutely amazing: so knowledgeable and prompt to respond and patient! She resolved our claim very efficiently and to our great satisfaction. We will be renewing our policy and recommending NSSI to all friends and family with kids entering college! Very very impressed. Thanks so much.

Knowledgeable & Polite, good rates

The rep I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. Explained everything and helped me find some information on my phone that was needed, She asked if I was a Progressive customer, and I am, both Renters and auto insurance, so I got a small discount for that! This is much more affordable than the cell phone service provides

On my phone with the eSim

On my phone with the eSim, the switch was fast and pain free. My wife's phone requires a physical Sim card. She should have it tomorrow and we'll see how her phone fairs then. All great so far on my phone and expect the same with her's.
