I recently insured my new laptop, so I don’t have any experience with this insurance yet and can’t provide an opinion regarding customer service or claims. However, the platform to insure my laptop was very easy to use and user-friendly.

I have insured several phones through Worth Ave Group. I think the cost is reasonable, and it is easy to purchase insurance through the website. Fortunately, I have never had to use the insurance.

Denied my claim. I signed up a couple months ago. My wife's Samsung Fold 4 inner screens went black on one side and green on the other, I put in a claim and this is what they said...
"Dear Policy Holder,
We have received your claim regarding your item (s); unfortunately, we cannot afford you coverage at this time due to the following reason(s): 
Mechanical Breakdown: We will not cover loss or damage caused by mechanical breakdown or system failure if not caused by accidental damage. If a fire or explosion ensues, we will pay for that loss or damage.

I found the price to be fine for my s25 ultra but the forms to fill out for the policy did not flow smoothly. Also the little chat bubble kept popping up with the chat and I had to keep x-ing that out. once you say goodbye the chat bubbles should be done thank you

The website is simple and easy to understand.
However I did notice after trying to add another device to policy that it had changed my residing state somehow, which resulted in me having to delete and start all over.
