$200 for a Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra Less than 2 years Old
Filed my first claim after having a couple of policies with them before. Had to jump through hoops with a notarized statement, etc. When all was said and done, got blindsided with a payment for less than a third of the value of the phone that was insured.

I made a mistake on my original Policy
I made a mistake on my original Policy, and I immediately emailed customer service, that was a week ago. I have since followed up three times and have yet to receive a reply! Their customer service is horrible if nonexistent! Worst customer service I have ever NOT dealt with! Still trying to follow up to correct my mistake, I guess I’m just gonna have to cancel the policy, if I can even do that without customer service! Just horrible
Update: im not going to change anything except for I gave you a three star rating instead of a One, but I’m not changing anything just because you got a bad review and it caused you to act! It’s still piss poor customer service
