The 30-day wait for Accidental Damage coverage is listed online, in the terms and conditions, and is part of a pre-purchase short, required disclosure online that must be read and checked by you prior to purchasing coverage or being charged.

Worth every penny ALWAYS!!
I buy and sell and give a lot of electronics away most premium equipment.. and sometimes I keep one for a few months and sell it, and I just made a new policy two nights ago for an amazing laptop and and shorted it for $925 and was given a GREAT price , and the comfort of knowing, in my opinion, I’d rather pay for this than AppleCare+, who doesn’t cover theft a major deal for an $850 machine! Worth Ave. Group .. all day…A+.. I feel safe knowing my items are insured with them.

My quote was for a $75 deductible. After I purchased the policy, the deductible increased to $173.
*Update on 7/17/2026- the company responded promptly. It was a typo. The deductible is $75 (as per the initial quote). 5 stars

The 1st page of your policy documents, the Declaration Page, emailed to you at the time of purchase should confirm that for you. We have also checked your policy and can confirm that. Both new contracts show auto renewal now.
I established auto renew last time I bought and yet it lapsed and I had to do all over again.
My confirm pages say auto renew on but one of my phones (SE) says no auto renew.
Goofy system but good coverage and price.

Customer service is superb. There is a live person to talk with, and their phone system does not take you through an AI bot to reach the live person. It is a pleasure to have a company that abides by the “good old day” where you speak directly with a live, knowledgeable person.
