We spent around £30,000 on a kitchen from the Beckton Wren branch and honestly the after-sales customer service has been extremely disappointing.
We wanted to return a few kitchen accessories, however the branch refused the refund and dealing with customer service has been exhausting from start to finish. Communication is incredibly poor — staff promise callbacks and updates but never follow through. I spent over a month constantly chasing for responses because nobody bothered to contact us back.
I also contacted Wren customer services directly, but they were not much help either. Instead of taking ownership of the issue and resolving it themselves, they simply expected me to keep running around chasing different people. I even raised a formal complaint, only to be told that they would “note it down” but nothing would actually be taken any further, which basically shows there is no real outcome or accountability when customers make complaints.
The difference between the service before and after payment is shocking. When you’re placing the order, everyone is friendly, attentive and helpful. Once they have your money, the level of care completely disappears and you feel like they simply do not value you as a customer anymore.
For a company selling kitchens at this price point, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism, customer care and after-sales support. Very disappointing experience overall with the Beckton branch.

My newly fitted kitchen has cabinet doors which do not fit the cabinets, leaving large gaps between double doors. The kitchen overall is not of a good quality and I am already trying to find ways to replace the cabinet doors and worktops, despite the whole kitchen having been refurbished and fitted this month.
Wren seem to employ a hard sell approach - giving me an hour to accept their offer while I was sick in bed. I assumed even if it was ugly that it would be serviceable, but this kitchen is already looking cheap (it wasn't) and is unlikely to survive long. My advice is to avoid, I am afraid.

I ordered bedroom furniture from Wren Kitchens-Beckton- we paid thousands of pounds for the installation and it was not made clear that dismantling of the existing bedroom furniture will have to be paid separately to the fitter and was not included in this price. I feel there has been misselling of their product and service. In addition, their delivery team broke the tile in our passage. We also received miscommunication about the fittings that would or would not be delivered. I would not recommend Wren at all-they are only interested in selling.

Went to design a purchase a kitchen from wren all was going well, up until it was time for my quartz counter top was to be measured and delivered. They then said they cannot fit the worktop in because the hob is too close to the sink. HOW WOULD I KNOW THIS!? Due to the lack of incompetence, I'm now being charged £268 templating fee for something that is not my fault is disgusting

Absolutely awful experience with Wren Kitchens!
Their service is shocking — constant delays, zero communication, and complete disrespect for customers. They rescheduled our appointment last minute without even calling, after confirming the time slot the day before. We took time off work for nothing.
Customer service is useless, no one takes responsibility, and every delay is somehow “not their fault”. If you’re thinking of ordering from them — don’t do it. Save your money, time, and nerves.
Wren Kitchens has been the biggest disappointment. 👎🏼

My recommendation to Wren kitchens is to please stop frustrating your customers when it comes to resolving issues! Otherwise the job was done well & I am pleased with the outcome!
replaced the faulty panels I had to call the fitters back more than once to correct issues! One of the planks was peeling I contacted Wren kitchen to have it replaced they sent the piece of wood & refused to send a fitter to fix it! Most of the kitchen doors are peeling off! Despite the warranty Wren kitchen states it is wear & tear! It’s been less than 2 years this kitchen was installed warranty is for 15 years! Don’t use them! I regret choosing Wren kitchen for my dream kitchen! Took my money & did a rubbish job!

Once we received the order we noticed parts were missing. Without these parts we are unable to begin fitting in our kitchen. This meant we were without a kitchen for a long time. Once everything was fitted, things we were promised, such as a low counter top. On top of this, our kitchen parts, new kitchen parts kept chipping away very quickly, even areas we could not reach like the top of a cupboard. They just chipped from the closing of the (anti-slam) cupboards alone. This was so bad we had to change our kitchen twice and design once. This meant I had to take out a lot of time from work (unpaid) for the original fitting to the subsequent ones. I feel very robbed.

I purchased my main kitchen in summer 2021 and it's been nothing but problems. Starting with the wrong delivery dates, delivery included two freezers instead of a fridge and freezer, wrong size and damaged cabinets. Waiting time for the replacements ran into MONTHS leaving me to foot the bill for cancellation charges to my builder.
A few years later the doors and the side panels started delaminating. Although Wren agreed to replace the faulty items the would not agree to pay a fitter to complete the repairs.
At the end of 2024 I built a small utility room and needed more units. Unfortunately, I had to purchase these through Wren to match the main kitchen supplied by Wren. In recent months, more of the doors and the back of the island which is an absolute eyesore started delaminating. Furthermore, the side panel of the NEWLY installed units in the utility room (less than 6 months old) has also started delaminating.
Wren have agreed to replace all the doors and panels of the main kitchen but not the utility room which is in direct view of the main kitchen. They have also said they will not pay the fitting costs.
I am now left with a kitchen full of delaminated doors and panels which looks horrendous and this is from the UKs largest kitchen supplier. I am so distressed and mortified with the situation that I will be looking to contact the trading standards ombudsman with immediate effect.
DO NOT GIVE WREN YOUR MONEY. ONCE THEY HAVE IT, THEY WILL MAKE NO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES WHICH ARE SOLEY BROUGHT ON DUE TO THE POOR QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.

We purchased a kitchen from Wren which, within a short period, began to deteriorate—an experience that was disappointing enough on its own. As the kitchen was still under warranty, they agreed to replace it.
That’s where the nightmare truly began. During the first delivery, they failed to send all the required products. I had already booked and paid tradesmen to complete the installation, who were left unable to do their jobs. I asked Wren to cover the cost of bringing these workers back—entirely reasonable given the delay was caused by their incompetence. They outright refused.
Trying to get help from their customer service team was like speaking to a brick wall. They simply do not care. I was promised call-backs on three separate occasions that never happened. I had to chase them myself, calling eight times, and only after a 1 hour 7 minute phone call today did I finally reach a manager.
Their solution? When replacing the kitchen, they expected me to use my old handles on brand new doors, even though they didn’t match. When I objected, I was told I could buy new handles—oh, with a whole £3 discount.
I now have a half-built kitchen, all thanks to Wren. This is a company full of false promises, zero accountability, and appalling customer service. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration—avoid them at all costs.

Please actually respond to my review and complaint via email or telephone. In my last review I was told it’ll be looked into by a member of your team - but I am yet to have a response.
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding an incorrect part that was sent as part of my order. Not only was the part wrong, but the entire situation highlights a broader issue with the quality of your products, the poor level of service I’ve received, and the misleading promises your company has made regarding replacements.
To be specific:
The part delivered is not what I ordered, and it does not match the product description or specifications.
I now have to deal with the inconvenience and additional delays caused by your team’s mistake.
When I reached out for a resolution, the assistance I received was substandard, with slow responses and unclear guidance.
Furthermore, your website and sales representatives clearly advertised a straightforward and hassle-free replacement process, which could not be further from reality. The lack of accountability and transparency throughout this experience has been incredibly frustrating.
I expect the correct part to be sent immediately as a priority, at no additional cost. Additionally, I would like a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and an explanation of what will be done to rectify the broader issues I’ve encountered.
The part size needing to replaced was under order 43479079. The door size being replaced was meant to be : Sizes 720mm(H) x 300mm (W) x 330mm (D). But instead I was sent the following big size (which was originally ordered due to the wrens designers miss measurements)
Sizes 720mm (H) x 350mm (W) x 330mm (D). There’s already been a significant delay as I’ve seen the wrong size was sent. I’ve attached pictures of the damage again. But in all honestly a greater problem around quality needs to be addressed.
Most concerning, however, is the dismissive and unhelpful attitude I received from , a member of your team. During my attempts to arrange replacements, they showed no willingness to support my complaint and outright dismissed my concerns- stating it is wear and wear and finding justifications in the damage. Please explain how a fridge door paint can be chipped? I think this highlights the TERRIBLE quality of wrens product. Without even asking for or viewing any photos of the damaged/incorrect items, she told me they could not be replaced. This kind of blanket refusal, without so much as reviewing the issue, is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
This experience has completely undermined my confidence in Wren, and unless this is resolved swiftly and satisfactorily, I will not hesitate to escalate the matter further or share this experience publicly. Please consider this my formal complaint

Kitchen Design process was good and kitchen came out nice. Issue was when we had £1000 of left over panels that wren would not refund claiming ‘it should have been used’. When we tried to get in touch with our designer, turns out she had left the company as soon as we purchased. Seems she added on a bunch of unnecessary extras and left the company with her commission.
