Absolutely the worst customer service. Continually kept waiting for answers from fitter and designer, and I'm talking weeks. Calls never returned and when we did get a call the communication between designer and fitter was the worst. We were told a post in our kitchen would be looked at to see if it was structural by a member of the fitting team. When we finally get the quote, after weeks and weeks, it says we are liable to get it checked. All this information coming a week after we were due to pay and work start in under 4 weeks. Our first appointment was 11th February 2026, and we get the fitter quote 27th of May 2026.
We complained and most of what we said got completely ignored, although magically the fitter called soon after the complaint. Says it all!!!
I have never experienced such bad communication and disgusting customer service. We have cancelled and will be taking our money elsewhere to a company that knows how to treat their customers.

Delivery date for my bedroom should have been May 19th 2026 went onto Wren site yesterday to see that expected date is now 9th June. Site advertise 7 to 14 days a delivery after order date 22/2/26 107 day to deliver a bedroom could argue that some doors need cutting to fit but not a 107 day worth of trimming they are a bunch of liars tell you what they want to hear until they get your money.
Yes order was completed in April but WHY give us the 19th of May at the appointment and change to delivery date 2 days before bispoke 😂 4 doors to cut to shape the rest is all flat pack .. wren always have an excuse it’s still taking 9 weeks not 7 to 14 days as advertised

Andrew and Lewis arrived on time, rang me to get precise directions one they were in the village and placed all the boxes inside, stacked carefully. Can highly recommend Wren from Design to Delivery, and they stand by their guarantee. Thank you.

I could give them 0 star if I could.
It’s horrible working with them.
I canceled the order just 3 days after design, due to installation waiting time is too long (nearly 4 months), I got 3 children so obviously we can’t wait that long.
But when I tried to contact them (Preston showroom), they keep promising me they will call back, but never.
I still haven’t got fully cancel yet, and still not refund yet. They totally ignored everything.
It’s horrible experience

I had an issue with the tall tower unit. Iruo sorted my issue by sending out a replacement. Very polite, and understanding 10 out of 10 Iruo thank you.

The fitter was brilliant the wardrobes good standard let down by designer. When it came to waste disposal . I am disabled and on any other job I always get the waste removal included in price I was led to believe this was the case with this job. The fitter said I had paid for it . Then the designer text me to say it was not included in the price . Also I had said to him that I would get rid of it myself at time if sale which was clearly a lie . I was considering wren for my kitchen but will go elsewhere now

There's pressured selling then there's lies, pressure and passive aggressive nastiness.
Not handing money over to this company. All bells and whistles service until the design meeting. Where twice we asked to swap the kitchen round to see. Ignored. Then the unrealistic discounting by thousands.
But having to pay £600 to get our "free measurements" and to be told "I know you won't come back" on top of the designer being rude to my mum briefly.
Made me want to cry from my alleviated anxiety.
A totally contrast to our first visit the weekend before.
Just disappointed in what I was looking forward to committing too purchasing.

They were both so polite, kind, and attentive. The guys in the showroom at Preston were helpful and friendly, as was the delivery driver. I dealt with Wren Kitchens about 10 years ago and they were good then but now, they've evolved to a level that's pretty much perfect. Amazing! Thank you!

Do not use Wren Preston, shocking customer service. Tell you what the need to until you have paid or taken out their finance. No one calls you back when they promise to, manager in meetings then a 2 hour lunch break without calling back as promised. I cancelled my order in the end, the delivery date was not what was agreed before payment and the truly shocking lack of customer service or care.

I started on 2nd Feb by having someone to measure 2 bedrooms for my children. The following day I went into store and had 2 bedrooms drawn up by a designer. Whilst I liked them, I did not like the way he referred to my children as ‘little shits’ and used repeated expletives. I had no idea of pricing these things up but felt pushed to pay a10% deposit as the sale was as supposedly ending that day. I hen I got home, I realised that £5000 for 2 children’s bedrooms was more than I wanted to spend so I went into store and asked to cancel. I was then questioned as to why I wanted to cancel so after explaining, they agreed that this order would be cancelled. They then told me that I would have to wait 28 days for the money to be put back onto my credit card. I was not told this at the time of designing. I waited 28 days and then returned to store and spoke to an assistant manager. This was 2 weeks ago, the 27th Feb. The assistant manager guaranteed me that the refund would be on my credit card 100% by next weds. So, yesterday I called into store to speak to him and he gave me the number of Customer Care. I rang them yesterday and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. She told me that if I had not heard back from the store yesterday as he had promised her he would do, to call customer care back and they would take the issue on board. I have not heard from the assistant manager, I have not had my money back, and what’s more, the staff member I spoke to today would not listen and wanted to put me through to installations. After a good 5 minutes, I hung up. I’m totally upset by this situation as have been without £500 for over a month now.
Do not use this company. They are pushy, lie about when orders have been cancelled etc and expensive.

I apologise in advance for this and if people don’t agree, that’s fine. I have never written a negative about a company before but are so upset and disappointed with Wren Kitchens, we felt that we must warn others to ensure you research their afterservice an guarantees properly before purchase or Please go elsewhere!
Wren Kitchens were friendly, helpful and fairly efficient in taking our order and money for what we were sold - a ‘quality’ Infinity PLUS with quartz worktops and 10 year guarantee. Be careful though as they do not guarantee anything. The problems we have had are incredibly disappointing, one thing after another. The units are just not strong enough, poor quality, warped, fixtures coming loose, cracks showing, easy to wear the coating and have been so costly that we are on the verge of having to remove the £20k kitchen and replace with another option.
Customer service is non-existent and they just ignore you after a while and brush aside their issues. We tried to revisit their showroom. But they really do not care about afterservice. Do not trust this company. Our 18 month old kitchen looks like it’s ready for replacement.
Doors need removing and refitting.
Dishwasher door broke off as cabinet out of line and wedged.
Fridge door come away from frame and will not close.
Cracked plinths, rust forming on taps, to name a few.
We are now having to deal with trading standards.

Ordered a kitchen from Wren kitchens Preston and unfortunately had to cancel 4 days later on 28th January due to additional building work. I have since emailed 5 Times regarding my refund which should have been returned within 30 days. So disappointed with the lack of response. Plan was to reorder once my kitchen has been reconfigured however the lack of aftercare response is not adequate.Rang yesterday and still waiting call back. Wren Kitchens Preston please do not delay this any longer.
