Wrong Fuel Doctor レビュー

The first 2 companies i called quoted £300 because i was lucky and they were in the area. The third call was to wrong fuel doctor who charged around half this and sent out a really calm and helpful Polish engineer who was fantastic.

Fantastic and very professional service. Made the call, which was answered very swiftly, after I added unleaded to the diesel van, 20 mins later a very courteous chap was at the door, asked a few questions and said he would need 30 mins to sort out. All done in that time. Brilliant company to deal with.

The company responded fast and efficient. Mario was so helpful on advice etc on restart and running after . Many thanks
Gary

Mario was great. Turned up promptly as agreed, explained every step of the process which he completed efficiently and with no mess. Payment at the end by bank transfer was very straightforward.

Mario did an excellent job! He was friendly, arrived on time, explained to us the problem in simple terms and sorted it out timely! I can’t recommend him enough!

Mario had me back on the road in just over an hour. Great service thank you

Well obviously I put the wrong fuel in my car and was very stressed and I found this company online
When I phoned the bloke who answered was very calm, took all my details and told me the full process and a rough guide price for when the technician turned up and was told he would be around 30-40 minutes
Mario turned up after about half an hour and explained the whole process and kept me updated all the way through, explained everything as he was going and was very calming, respectful and polite all the way through

I made the unfortunate mistake of filling my diesel car with petrol, and Mario was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment I called him, he was calm, professional, and incredibly reassuring. He knew exactly what to do, arrived quickly, and took care of everything, draining the tank, flushing the system, and making sure the car was safe to drive again.

What could have been a stressful and expensive day turned into a smooth fix thanks to his expertise and positive attitude. Mario went above and beyond, explaining each step clearly and making sure I felt confident before getting back on the road.

Highly recommend him to anyone in need of help, knowledgeable, reliable, and a true professional!

Mario was awesome! Great explanation, clear communication providing multiple options for me to choose from. No hidden costs and clear and upfront with pricing and service. Would highly recommend Mario and his service to anyone needing support! Thanks again.

Incredible fast and friendly response from start to end. Mario (engineer) was superb!

Great service, I was quoted a price and they came out the same day! The guy that came out was very friendly and he explained what he was going to do. I would definitely recommend 😊👍

Mario came out within twenty minutes, he was calm and explained everything to me that he was going to do. I have to say I was stressed out but his professional expertise was quite calming and I cannot praise him enough. Friendly, knowledgeable and a true professional. I would definitely recommend him, a credit to this company

Arrived when they said they would.
Fixed the fuel.
Gave me advice on changing filter and adding additive but didn't try to upsell me.

Very knowledge and eased our stress.
He is a credit to his company Wrong fuel doctor.

Mario came around to sort out our miss fueled up car.
I was at work but explained everything what he was going to do and what needed to be done to the wife. She said he was really informative told her every different step that needed to be done. Plus explained that we might get a bit of smoke for the next couple of days due to the engine cleaner used. She said to him it was nice to meet you but hope we don't see you again 😊 but you never know. Everyone makes a mistake we're only human.

Luksw was great he done the work in no time

Excellent service from Mario. Really nice chap who did all he could to sort my car out. We also exchanged cat stories.
