The biggest scam around! Don't order anything from them.

This company is totally unethical I unwittingly signed up for a subscription They say you can cancel at any time but it’s over 2 months now and they are still attempting to charge my card They even had the nerve to question why I wanted to cancel Steer clear of them I’ve had to cancel my card to put a stop to their unethical behaviour

Did not order this product, but have been billed twice, and never received the product.I have sent repeated emails cancelling my subscription and they said they would do so, but they have charged my card again, and yesterday a package arrived, sent after multiple emails from them saying they were taking care of the situation. Either they are totally incompetent or this is a scam. on’t even get close to their website

I received my product it worked well,just didn't need anymore at the time. I have more than enough. You can't take them every day. If you want better results take 1 or 2 maybe every other day. Results vary from different people. Help me with performance in the gym and work. That's why I had to slow down on how I take them. Gave me way more energy than I expected. Not disclosing my age. But people were starting to think you're not human. Because I move so fast,at cleaning tables or job performance or how much I can lift in the gym. Just saying my 5-1 gummies gave me that confidence. Thank you Xara. If I need more will order in the future. I'm a real person not paid to leave a review in case you happen to ponder that theory. I'm old enough to leave honest remarks not lies.

I got signed up for a subscription without knowing it, I normally look for the box to uncheck to avoid recurring subscriptions by this site got me. Product not shipped yet and it’s been almost month, I have now been charged for my second month, the page on the website to manage subscriptions is the only page on the site that doesn’t load. I’ve emailed customer support a couple of times and get a response saying that it needs to be escalated to another team member. So far no resolution. 13/07/26

This is total scam, not only their product not working, but also the subscribe you for monthly order without telling you, and you will see every month they deduct money from you. Do not trust them, totally a fake product, it won't work and you loose your money.

Been waiting since April 23rd for my order says processing had emails from 10 different people promising they will sort it and never hear anything back

The order was lost. I have reached out to them via email 5 times. Most of the other times the emails bounce back. They said they would investigate the lost order. They never came back to me apart from the first time when they said I should wait for the order to arrive. The order number can no longer be tracked saying it has expired with the carrier and it goes no where on the Xarashilajit website. I placed the order on 13 January. I think that's long enough to wait. I requested a replacement or a refund and never had a reply to request. I am yet to receive either of these...Beware!!

If I could give a rating lower than 1 star I would!! I hav been trying to get my money back and cancel any future shipments ss when I ordered o sign up for a single time order now they are trying to ship monthly and they will not respond to any of my emails and all the phone numbers I find got them are not working b numbers

I have been trying to contact the company to get a refund. My doctor advised against me taking these and I have called and sent emails. No one calls me back and they keep shipping me the product! Very bad business

tried cancelling subscription, as been ill in hospital and on hospital medication 5 emails and no reply and still sending out items.

It is fake and most of all it doesn’t work! Don’t believe the videos and adds you watch‼️‼️‼️

The order arrived price was good but its not real resin its FAKE shilajit.

They're advertisement States that this is coming from the United States when you order it quickly a Chinese name pops up as the person who is your vendor when I question them about this they assured me that this is not the case it is coming from the United States and offered me a discount reluctantly I purchased and again the Chinese wording came up once they have their money their customer service goes right out the window they stop responding to emails immediately and I requested a refund immediately feeling that it was some sort of a scam that being said they didn't respond so I got in touch with PayPal who offered me a temporary refund pending a review I again told PayPal that I didn't want their product that I've told them in several different emails that they have not responded to that I don't want their product and I want a refund they sent me an email finally responding saying that if I don't want the product just let them know and they won't ship it so I did such a thing sent the final email and after a month coming from China not the US the product arrived today I contacted PayPal immediately and told them what's going on these people don't respond to emails when you have negative response to their product

I placed an order that was sent to wrong address on March 1 I got a response to provide the order number which I did in the message and then no response? I would like my refund or package resent but their customer service sucks really bad and communication is also terrible!
