i have emailed several times to cancel. No response.
I have filed a claim with my credit card company. I have since received several packages. Which is being "RETURNED TO SENDER" Please credit my account and close file.

Terrible company ordered 2 months ago still haven’t received my order don’t trust these lying pricks. Emailed them numerous times about just canceling the order and nothing was resolved

They have taken money out of my account for the second time without being authorised. Last time they said there was an active subscription. I never subscibed to anything. I asked to cancel anything/everything but they haven't. They are a bunch of thieves and scammers. Do not do business with them!!!

I did a one time purchase and then you people put me in the auto withdrawal which I never authorized and sent you several emails requesting you to remove me no response and then I tried calling and no answer. And now the first thing yesterday you took money out of my account after I requested you not to. Now I made a police report and reported it to my bank for stealing from me.

Same as all the rest, ordered a fairly large amount because last time they came in on time and very good product. Now says ordered shipped , order in transit No. 20th from Canada customs. I had ordered items from Thialand at the end of Nov and already received items.

You can either deliver my product or I am flying down there to fine you, the address is on government files. Give me my money back, no one takes money from me or my family, you have a day to decide what you want to do.

Xara Shilajit, UltimaPeak – I’m pretty sure they’re all the same people. Same website layout, same emails, same tactics.

I had to leave UltimaPeak because they never sent my package, and when I ordered a bundle, I only received 1 after a very late delivery. They push you to buy but don’t seem to care about customer service at all.

I’m trying Xara now and so far it’s starting to feel like the same problem. I’m really tired of these online shilajit “brands” that feel like scams and collaborators.

I got 2 orders and now waiting a month for the 3rd no response I’m in shock they took my money be aware

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with I placed my order October 1 is October 29 I still have not received my order. this company has poor customer service. I sent an email to customer service because that’s the only way to contact the company and received a response a week and a half later saying my order is still processing,I’m not sure if this company is real but I’m sure 100% sure that they will take your money just like they took mine and hundreds of other please stay away from this company. They spend tons of money and time into advertisement just so they can reel you in and steal your money. Beware.

The worst! They will take your money but not give you the product. I’ve been waiting on the product for over 2 months and I spent over $100. Never again

Ordered August 31 still unfulfilled order will not do business with this company again and recommend anyone not to do business with them at all.

Product is literally bad definitely not worth it didn't do a thing for me no growth no nothing and 100%???? Not unless you take take 30 days of video of your junk to send to see for themselves LoL. Buyer beware it's a huge scam

Ordered August 5. Took 10 days before they even processed the order. After several emails, and messages sent via Messenger (that were viewed never responded too), it finally shipped.. Shipping took a long time as well, sitting and waiting for pickup. Little did I know prior to shipping, that it comes from China, and not Alabama like the address of the company suggests. I got an email today Sept 9, 2025 stating it had delivered. I looked everywhere and didn’t find anything, then a few hours later it was finally delivered. I will not be dealing with them again. The customer service is extremely poor, I started monitoring my credit card, saving screenshots and copies of any correspondence with this company, as I believed I got scammed. I even contacted my card company two days before it was shipped to file a dispute. When I seen that it finally shipped, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and put a hold on the dispute. Definitely do not recommend.

They assured me this would not be a subscription but THEY WONT STOP CHARGING MY CARD!!!! I can’t get anyone to stop it and there’s no option to cancel online. I’m now writing this review and calling my bank to report fraud,

Absolutely terrible.

The last two shipments have not been all there it has been missing 5 diffent things that were to be sent with the orders costing me about 150.00 dollors have tide to reach them 6 diffent times.
