PEOPLE BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY. We purchsed 3 Xerox printers last year. they constantly need attention and breaking down. One printer we have had Since August 2025 and is a color printer that doesnt and has never printed in color. We have had multiple technicians come out and try to fix it and were all unsuccessful. Each technician diagnosed different issues and it still has not been replaced. I have spoken to multiple representatives and all have different answers on why it wasnt replaced. It seems that they do not want to replace a broken printer that We purchased August of 2025 and is still under warranty and hasnt been used, since it will not print in color. The technicians take months to respond to the ticket. I created a ticket in the begining of January 2026 and a technician falsified notes that he came on February 2nd 2026. He never showed up ( I have the records and footage to prove it), but wrote that he did come and the machine was fixed and ticket closed but the machine still wont print in color and was never fixed. I reopened the ticket and a technician came 03/31/2026 and still could not fix the issue, was very rude and unprofessional. He got into a confrontation with staff and argument with the CEO when he came to see why this man was yelling at his employee that was in charge of getting it fixed. The employee asked him why he should trust this technician when all the others have lied and even falsified notes and then he started to yell and be defensive then stormed out. He screamed I will Never be back here as he was walked out of the building. Because of our frustration with the machine not working since we unboxed it and the lack of support from the company to fix the actual issue. if technicians cant fix it then replace it! DO NOT purchase anything from Xerox! They are crooks and their products are junk.
Disapointment
The printer is only two years old, and we recently received an error message. We contacted Xerox, and they advised that it would cost approximately £369 to repair, which does not include the cost of any replacement parts if required.
As a charity, we had hoped there might be some flexibility in terms of pricing, but unfortunately there was no negotiation or goodwill discount offered.
We are now left with a relatively new printer that is not working, which is extremely disappointing.

Je demande où le trouver, réponses sans objet, impossible de trouver ce P.. de N°.
Je décide d'appeler le service client pour savoir comment je trouve ce N°, là, serveur automatique où il te demande le N° de série !
Je tape sur mon tél 123456... alors je suis en ligne avec une conseillère, devine, elle me demande le N° de série de l'appareil ! Elle me déclare que sans ce N° elle ne peut rien faire !
Ils ne sont pas foutus de guider les gens pour installer leur imprimante à partir du modèle !
Appareil retourné le lendemain de sa réception.
Obsolescence programmée
J'ai acheté en août 2012 pour ma petite entreprise un workcentre xerox 6505 DN, pour plus de 430€ tout de même.
Comme j'imprime très peu, je ne voulais pas tomber sur une imprimante à cartouche d'encre qui se bouche quand on en a besoin.
Le workcentre xerox 6505 DN est laser recto/verso.
Mais récemment j'ai dû changer mon MAC après 18 ans d'utilisation. Le MAC M1 que j'ai acheté d'occasion ne présentait pas la même interface. Je pouvais imprimer mais pas scanner. En février 2026, l'imprimante s'est mise à ne plus imprimer.
J'ai recherché sur internet un nouveau pilote en 64 bits.
A chaque fois "l'installation a échoué".
J'ai contacté XEROX sur leur site, et voici leur réponse "Suite à la vérification je vous informe que votre imprimante est en fin de vie dépassé vous êtes au courant ? "
Alors qu'elle fonctionnait parfaitement avec mon ancien MAC.
En récupérant un ancien pilote d'imprimante sur une sauvegarde de time machine, je réussis de nouveau à imprimer. Mais je scanne désormais sur une clé USB.
J'ai trouvé le procédé de XEROX minable. Il est de plus très probablement hors la loi française.
Je ne rachèterai plus cette marque, alors que j'étais pleinement satisfait de son fonctionnement hors pilote.

1 -Non è calibrata, sfasa sia le riduzioni che gli ingrandimenti. 2-Ci hanno lasciato per un periodo senza toner, perchè i materiali li mandano loro automaticamente. 3- Ticket aperto da più di 48 ore ed ancora non siamo stati contattati da nessuno. Pessima scelta
Region locked device that I can't use if I move.
Outrageous practice from Xerox. The company can block a fully working printer from printing.
I bought a Xerox printer years ago in the UK, and it worked perfectly. After moving to Poland, I brought the printer with me. When I ran out of toner, I bought a replacement locally. Only then did I discover that the printer is region-locked and will not work with toner from my current location. This is clearly a software restriction, as the printer can print a test page without any issues, but it refuses to print actual documents.
I contacted Xerox UK, only to be told they could not help because the printer is no longer in the UK and that I should contact Xerox Poland instead. I called Xerox Poland and was instructed to email them, which I did, but I have received no response.
This is an outrageous practice. I have been blocked from using a device that I paid for and that is fully functional.

Demande faite à chatGPT, protocle d'intallation expliqué et très claire. Un progrès: le traitement de texte reconnait le scanner, mais impossible de scanner. Message d'erreur : Configuration de l’hôte défaillante, débouillez vous avec ça. Ma seule consolation, j'ai pas payé ce xerox très cher : 100 €

Achat d'un photocopieur XEROX C405 en 2023 à 800 €, comme par hasard, il tombe en panne 5 jours après la fin de la garantie ! A croire que ça a été programmé !! Donc c'est pour ma pomme! J'essaye tout de même de les contacter pour obtenir un geste et une prise en charge et ils ne veulent rien savoir, leur réponse est tout aussi scandaleuse : Fallait prendre l'extension de garantie ! Merci mais plus jamais Xerox, l'obsolescence de toutes leurs machines sont programmées à l'avance, bande d'arnaqueur !!!!!
Disappointing Experience – Misleading Cartridge Yield and Poor Support
I recently purchased a new Xerox printer based on the specifications advertised on the website, which clearly stated a specific page yield for the starter cartridges supplied with the printer. Unfortunately, the cartridges failed to print anywhere near the stated number of pages.
When I contacted customer support to request a replacement starter cartridge, I was given a series of inconsistent and contradictory explanations as to why this could not be done. Each interaction produced a different reason, none of which aligned with the marketing information provided at the point of sale. Rather than resolving the issue, support appeared focused on deflecting responsibility.
This experience suggests that Xerox’s marketing claims around cartridge yields are unreliable, and that customers may receive significantly less than what is advertised. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to honour the stated specifications is extremely disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing a Xerox printer. The product does not deliver on its advertised package, and customer support does not stand behind the claims made on their own website.
I booked a service call with Xerox UK…
I booked a service call with Xerox UK on the 17th December 2025 for a Versalink C415. Chasing them on the 9th January 2026 they decide to inform me that they have cancelled the booking themselves without notice and gave me an email address to rebook, taking no responsibility or care that they accepted the original service request.

Never ever, ever, ever will I buy a XEROX Printer again. I have a WorkCentre 3335, I've had it for some years, reliable yes, until it falls out with itself then it's a nightmare!!!
I would never buy Xerox C 325 color printer again
I have Xerox C 325 color printer, scanner. The UI is terrible, the manual is 396 pages long (!), yet you will not get clear instructions how to switch on/off the color printing, when you are low on color toner. The printer "wakes up" terribly slowly, it often will not print some documents for no reason. After every scan it prints a report, and it cannot be easily switched-off, so for every scan you loose one page of printing a useless report about scanning... If I knew this, I would never buy XEROX again!
Avoid At All Costs
Completely horrible post-sale service. Their company is a disaster and I would never buy a printer from them again. It is laughable how poorly organized they are.

Don't believe their cashback ads!
Xerox were offering cashback on their printers which made them sound like a good deal. I followed all the steps they said to follow and received an email to say it would be paid within 30 days. Still have not received cashback after 3 months. No phone number provided to query the delay on. I tried to logon to the account that was created for the cashback, hoping to see an update there but a message popped up saying my password was invalid - I tried the password reset button but it did not work. Hopeless.
Cost of consumables
Company bought new Xerox C320 colour printer.
Works great, supplied toner cartridges lasted less than a month, 3 of the 4 cartridges needed replacement and the cost was £ 517.00 ! horrified !
Too expensive to run ! went back to the old reliable Brother printer. -- Check cost of consumables before you buy

I purchased a xerox C325 because of their national coverage. The machine arrived without a hitch. Got it unpacked and installed easily. That's when the fun started. We have a home office setup and work from our home. Connected the device to my wifi and one of the computers would not recognize the device. Went on chat with customer service and spent over 30 minutes getting absolutely nowhere with her. Had to wire my wife's computer directly to the printer with USB cable and finally got it to work. Spent over an hour trying everything I could think of to get the other computers to connect via wifi and finally got them to connect. Only time will tell. Goes without saying the online chat is useless and was a complete waste of time. If you are looking for good customer service and seamless connectivity, stay away.....very far away.
I Just Want To Make A Payment!
It shouldn't be so difficult to make a payment by phone or online. Xerox is hands down one of the most difficult companies to make a payment to. You would think they would want it to be easy. I call every number I am given by the operators there and each time I am told I have reached the wrong department and need to try another number only to be told I've reached the wrong department again. This has been going on for a month. I finally decided to just write a check.
