Very disappointed
We were very excited to parnter with Xnurta for Amazon DSP. We initially had a good experience with them as they were accommodating and they were flexible on the rates for our DSP seat.
After signing up, they took a month to get us setup. We had lots of issues with the setup and getting our PPC agency access to the DSP console. They were very accommodating throughout the setup.
Our opt-out period with Xnurta was 3 months. After only 2 months of testing we didn't see the results we were looking for with DSP. So we reached out asking if we could extend our trial by a month (since they took the whole 1st month to get us setup), otherwise we wanted to cancel before the opt-out period ended.
They said no to the extension, claiming it would be hard to justify to upper management.
No problem - But then after requesting cancellation multiple times, they ghosted us saying they needed to get approval since we "fell out of the typical process for opt-outs".
They continued to invoice us for our DSP seat and their services multiple times after we requested to cancel.
I would have been happy to continue testing our DSP campaigns with Xnurta if they had extended our trial, but this experience was not acceptable. Would not recommend.
