Great customer service from Francine!
I have used Yahire twice now and the product and customer service are excellent. Francine in particular went above and beyond recently to help me when I needed furniture for a party at very short notice. The birthday party was a triumph!

No response from customer services, unsafe delivery driver
I wrote to customer services and did not received a response. A delivery driver from this firm was driving in an unsafe manner in central london and nearly hit two cyclists by not stopping at a junction. He then proceeded to shout at me as i overtook him on a road.

Great Service and delivered what we needed!
They accomodated us, very well, very professional. Tables and chairs dropped the picked up with ease! The products were of good quality for our Garden Party. Will be using again.

Great service from communication, costs and delivery
Great communication from Sam all the way through. Possibly there best service we have ever had from hiring in furniture for events. Good value, personable and slick delivery & collection. We will certainly be using them again.

Very pleased with the service
We used Yahire for a family occasion hiring furniture and crockery. We were very impressed with the ease of ordering, the efficient delivery and collection (keeping to the time slots they advised us) and the care taken by the staff. We also thought they offered good value and will certainly use them again.

Efficient Service
Easy to book online. Chose them originally as mid-price and have never been disappointed. Chairs and cushions in good condition, decent choice of types of chair and, best of all, friendly, efficient, helpful delivery and collection staff.

Granddaughters prom with grandma’s twist…
I had a vision for my granddaughters prom to provide a red carpet posts and ropes leading from her street door to the car. The staff at Ya hire were amazing wanting to help me realise my vision. They asked me questions worked out exactly what I required. From the moment I spoke to them all my anxiety dissolved. My goodness what a success my granddaughter loved it her friends loved it the parents loved it. So we took it to their school. Laid it all out when they arrived it was ready. The school wanted to keep it the teachers paraded up and down. I had know idea this simple idea was going to make so many people so happy so huge thank you to Ben Zachary and the Ya hire team for being so professional considerate and caring. Making a perfect evening Brilliant I would wholeheartedly recommend this company🤗🤗🩷

Excellent experience
I rented cutlery and crockery for a small party I was hosting. I collected and dropped off the stuff as I live nearby. The whole process was great. I initially put the wrong date but they quickly switched it for me with no issues. Flawless.

We used Ya recently for an event hire…
We used Ya recently for an event hire of 160 chairs. From the moment we enquired the service was actually on point and very professional. The delivery and collection team were great as well!! The standard of the tollix chairs admittedly could have been better, quality control could be improved. They were a 20% cheaper than the competetition so if your prepared for a little ware and tare on the product then they are definitely worth considering.
