I'm currently waiting on 3 Temu packages that were shipped using this delivery service;

YWNJC010145558350 and YWNJC010144517327: These were supposed to be delivered today (July 12th) and weren't but they're still "out for delivery."

YWNJC010145599865: This tracking hasn't been updated since when it was received in TX on July 9th. Apparently this company doesn't have their own trucks so they have regular people driving for them.

A package that was supposed to be delivered to my house yesterday, was delivered to the apartment building within my complex. The shipping label clearly says 901 but they decided to leave my package at a 911 address. My house is LITERALLY 10 steps to the left of the building. Luckily I was able to get in the apartment building and retrieve my package (that was left out in the lobby) before it was stolen. I've had to contact Yanwen customer service by email and show them pictures of my house so their delivery person can know where they're going.

For a company that has the word "express" in their name and advertises themselves as "revolutionizing last-mile delivery services in the United States by utilizing top-notch Delivery Service Partner networks nationwide" I would rather have SpeedX delivery packages before I ever choose Yanwen. Yanwen is famous for losing packages, stealing packages and taking forever to even deliver packages. As soon as I'm able, I'll be submitting a request to Temu to have Yanwen removed as a shipping method for my purchases.

The delivery driver was rude and actually got into my face when I asked him to leave the property so I could retrieve our dog after the dog got out. The dog is large and friendly but some are afraid of the dog. I asked the driver to stay in his vehicle and just leave so I could get the dog. The driver then spouted off rude insults and I asked him in Spanish if he understood English ? The delivery driver then jumped out of hit truck and got in my face and made threats. The delivery driver then was surprised when I told him I was not afraid of him despite his being younger and larger. I told him I was not running and he would regret hitting me as Utah has Stand Your Ground which does not require me to flee and actually gives me the right to defend myself and property with extreme measures if necessary. The delivery driver then refused a request from another resident of the house to leave. He played a childish game of pulling up a foot and claiming he was leaving and then another foot. and finally after 20 minutes pulled out and parked down the street . The Sandy Utah Policeman I spoke to then agreed with me and said he would tell the delivery driver that he was no longer allowed on the property .

Første gang fik jeg aldrig besked og pakken blev sendt retur.
Nu har jeg fået besked om at den ikke kunne leveres til mig, men at den er på "post huset", men ingen besked om hvilket posthus.
Mailen fra Yanwen angiver at jeg kan ringe post nord, men der er bare en telefon svarer som henv til "chatten" i PostNord
Når jeg forsøger at tilføje pakken med det pakkenr. Yanwen opgiver, kender Post Nord ikke til den... så hvor er den??
I morgen vil den blive returneret.....

My order, sent from China, which I didn't know before getting the "tracking", is stuck now since more than a week somewhere in China. Nothing happens or changes, the seller says "it's in delivery, contact Yanwen", but no chance there. Worst delivery ever.

Your young delivery guy just tossed my product about 3 ft from my door. I snapped at him. And told him not to okay, okay me. Just stop doing that and to get the f out of here. Your people do not care about your company or your clients.

Not knowing when my parcel finally had to come, I saw by accident on PayPal an failed delivery attampt ,not leaving any notification or attempt to deliver to any neighbors.
I thought this was the first time , wrong, the fourth time they say. How can you aspect not knowing they went by to be home. Customer Service promised a new delivery attampt and stayed home for nothing and instead they have send it back to China!!!! Fools!!!

delivery driver took a picture of my mailbox from inside their car across the street and another picture of the package inside their car. It appears they never exited the car and never placed the package in my mailbox. I hope that lowlife enjoys my keychains that have no resale value. I certainly won't have an easy time acquiring more. Never had a package theft in many years living there except from something that came from GOFO express. And the driver got caught stealing packages and that one was returned many months later. I can only hope yanwen catches this employee too.

Total backwards run delivery company run by China using outdated logistics systems so they can add miles to the last mile of delivery to make more dollars. Worst then the USPS. how long will they last wasting money or are they US government funded under the table.

Horrible tracking, horrible customer service. My cat would be better at delivering packages.

Courier left my Atolea Jewelry graduation gift for my swimmer daughter outside of our gated apartment at night. Did not even call me. Package was stolen. Sent email to service and no reply. Tried calling all their published phone numbers, calls keep dropping or disconnecting. Even their chat function is unattended. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ONLINE VENDORS THAT USE YANWEN EXPRESS. IT IS A SUREFIRE WAY TO BE DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE ONLINE VENDOR WILL REFUSE TO REFUND PURCHASE AMOUNT. YANWEN EXPRESS=HEADACHE.

Same as all the below. Their delivery service is a joke. Their deliveries doesn’t work.

Uses poor delivery service. Deliver driver has never complied with instructions to deliver to porch (front door). Yanwenexpress is the only delivery company that does not deliver to my covered porch. In fact they haphazardly throw package in yard even when it's raining and package of clothing or electronics is not waterproof. It's usually the same route driver, He states on tracking website that package was delivered to front door, which is not true. The proof of delivery picture is taken from inside the delivery vehicle, holding the item in hand. You can actually see the gearshift in the picture, Customer service is pretty much non existent.

They dont follow postal codes when delivering packages. I have the same address as someone else but different postal code 53092 for them and 53097 for me. They keep trying to deliver to 53092 and this will be the 2nd package that did not get to me and has been sent back as undeliverable. Even emailed service 20 or more times to make sure they are entering the zipcode but it didnt help. Anniversary gift has been within blocks of my home twice but never made it.

The driver left my package in a unsecure location, Did not bother to bring it to my door.

Yanwen repeatedly shut down the chat when trying to get a hold of customer service. They responded to my email almost a week later; too late to make a difference. Their delivery personnel don’t follow instructions, and don’t try to deliver the package even when my gate is left wide open for the entire day and night. They have been really bad at delivering for me, and they mark my packages as abnormal/delivery failure without even trying. Impossible company.

I have now had 5 deliveries misdelivered. I have no idea where the deliveries were delivered to. The receipt photo that they sent is not my house, not even in my neighborhood based on the style of houses. The company is completely incompetent. They must be really cheap because any company who uses them is gambling with a delivery. As I told yanwenexpress in my millionth email to them, I don't get a choice as to who delivers my package, but if I did I would certainly not use them. We will go through the usual "did you check with your neighbors, did you look in the bushes around your house", that seems to be their standard response, rather than hiring competent delivery drivers. It seems odd to me that Amazon, UPS, FedEX, DHL can find my address but this company cannot. If you have the option, stay far far away, they are morons.

Kon ook per dag de vorderingen zien waar mijn pakket op dat moment was.

TWO different shipments, May 8th and May 13th. My address has UPSTAIRS in CAPS for the secondary address line on all shipment labels no matter where they are ordered from. The first time they left it downstairs at my neighbors door... I emailed their CS also with a photo showing my mailbox and the steps that lead up to my apartment just a few feet away, never got an answer. The second package was left at the exact same place! Sent a detailed email to CS again, with the same photo mentioned as before but this time with an X marking where the driver would have approximately been standing when they took a photo of my mailbox (with street number) in broad daylight, so there's no way he could have not seen my steps that lead up to my door, etc. CS did reply that time and simply would not acknowledge their driver made a mistake... BOTH times. He just wanted to argue about it. I told him from now on I'll ask any online vendors I'm thinking of buying from if they use Yanwen for shipping and if they do, I'll let them know why I will not be purchasing from them. Pathetic!

Idiotic SpeedX that YWE is now using strikes again!

No lo recomiendo para entrega de paquetes. El repartidor dejó mi paquete tirado a las 3:33pm de ayer en el suelo del lobby frente a los apartados de correo. Yo vivo en un 5'to piso y tengo cámaras. Y nunca subió. Mi esposo y yo estuvimos en el apartamento y nunca subió. Hoy mi esposo bajó para trabajar y encontró la bolsa abierta tirada el pasillo del Lobby. Ésto es un servicio de mala calidad y ustedes no contestan
