I went into the Edgware Road store with an old engagement ring I wanted to sell. The lady at the counter took it into the back to get an appraisal, and I could hear the man in the back on the phone, they just said no and turned me away. He didn’t even look at the ring. I read many good reviews of them being very polite and helpful welcoming, but I had the complete opposite experience. I was only in the shop for a matter of seconds and I travelled quite far which we very disappointing

They have done a wonderful job polishing and repairing my mum's bangle, which I treasure so much. When I saw the bangle it brought tears and took me back a place I longed. Thank you ❤️

Top notch services!!! Did initial research where I can get best price to sell my gold jewellery and they are by far the best. Actually, price was even better than stated online. The staff is super friendly and very fair. I had a valuable ring that I knew it was all 18k of gold. When he (I forgot his name) checked it , he noticed a small part like 2g were 21k. He could have easily not point that, if he wanted but it's not the case with Yardna.
They have scales, you can double check weight and ask many questions. He is super fast, which you might think that he is doing on purpose to confuse you but he knows his business and takes action =]. So, don't worry, take your time, ask him anything, there is absolutely no pressure to sell or buy something from there.
Also, they can pay bank transfer, on the day something wasn't working so I decided to get paid for my items in cash.

Amazing services, strongly recommend. I'll defo go back, if I have more jewellery to sell.
