I am extremely disappointed with this company.
I thought I would give a young company a chance and purchased the YAW VR2 from them.
Unfortunately, this seat never worked properly, so I couldn't use it. All in all, I flew for about three weeks. For the rest of the last two years, the thing just sat in a corner, broken. I had to pay around $3,000 for something that just made me angry. I am so angry that no one has contacted me for months to repair the device.

In my opinion, this is an absolute scam and your company is simply the worst.
I will now dispose of this junk seat and get a working device from DOF Reality.

they did not deliver to about 1000 people. They spent all the money or ran with it. not to be trusted

Purchased a general public unit from there web site ,but was delayed several times on shipping date , so canceled order , received confirmation of refund in process only to have to contact bank to start a claim as 30 days passed without a refund or further communication from them ,fraudulent company with fake refund and purchase info , purchase on high alert ‼️ 3 times kick starter company that cannot get started and will steal your money

Yaw VR has acquired over 2.5 million dollars from Kickstarter backers with the promise to deliver their newest motion simulation chair to those backers, claiming over two years ago they had a working prototype which turned out to be false.

Over two years later they have not delivered on that promise but are selling the product through multiple outlets to full paying customers. Also selling those machines with multiple known problems.

This company can not be trusted. They have squandered the money of their backers, used this for development of their products instead of production of the pledges and are marketing a flawed product.

I bought four of their VR chairs totalling nearly around $9,000 to use for a business project.
After setting them up according to the instructions and with a professional VR software developer, the machines did not function properly. For the first 3 weeks or so they did function but with frequent glitches. From about three weeks onwards they have deteriorated quickly. All four machines display identical intermittent faults - generally their movements do not consistently work properly. This started out at about 40-50% of the time not working. Now it is around 80-90%. As of today one machine no longer works at all - it just doesn't move and shows an icon in red on their companion app. However, their 'manual' is so basic that it doesn't include any information on trouble shooting these types of error icons.
I have sent multitudes of emails requesting support from Yaw VR and basically got nowhere. They reply, but they're basically stalling emails with no substance or real help in them. Each time it takes days (usually around a week) for them to even reply with an acknowledgement. All I have had to date in terms of dealing with issues, is five replacement charging cables (because three of the cables stopped working for no obvious reason after a handful of weeks use.)
In terms of the main faults there has been nothing meaningful at all.
I have now advised Yaw VR that a solution to get the machines working needs to be proposed within the next 48 hours otherwise I will begin legal action against them as I can see no alternative now, as they aren't engaging with reasonable help or in a reasonable timeframe.

I would strongly advise others not to buy from this company. Their product just doesn't work, and their customer service is virtually non-existent. Their product basically isn't worth anything, as it just doesn't work - which is astounding given the price point they are charging for it.

I am hoping that they may now come forward with a solution, but their track record to date suggests I might now be in line for a legal battle against them in order to get anywhere.

I'm happy to remove this review once Yaw VR actively engage in providing a solution - and I remind them of the year warranty that they advertise for their products.
