Brilliant customer service and fantastic workmanship from beginning to end. Craig came out initially to discuss the job and talked me through everything in detail, making the whole process smooth, straightforward and stress-free.

Once the work started, Aaron and his team were absolutely fantastic — hardworking, professional and committed throughout. They worked non-stop and took great pride in what they were doing. I honestly cannot fault a thing.

The end result is even better than I imagined, and I cannot thank the whole team enough for the incredible transformation they have achieved. The quality of the finished work is outstanding and has completely transformed our garden and driveway.

We had a new resin driveway laid this week and we're delighted with the results. The Yorkshire Resin Company were very professional, from the initial survey to the finished surface. We were kept informed at every stage of the work to be carried out and the lads on site were hard working, punctual and polite. They're also extremely good at what they do. From start to finish we were pleased that we chose a reputable local company that knows what they're doing and provides a smooth efficient experience. We can recommend them whole heartedly.

Very professional team from initial enquiry to completion of the job.
Quite a large area. Day 1 excavating the existing drive & removing rubble. Day 2 laying hardcore. Day 3 completing groundwork. Day 4 laying resin finish.
I have to say Team Matthew doing the groundwork were exceptional.
We had a holiday booked and weren’t there for the last 3 days but were felt confident to leave them to get on with it in our absence.
They even cleaned the pavement outside the house. Everything was so pristine & you would not know anyone had been there apart from the wonderful drive.

These chaps have made a lovely job of our driveway. They kept us informed at each stage and the teams were very professional. Although the job was booked a little way into the future, they were able to start sooner than expected and there was only a one day gap between the groundwork team completing and the resin being laid. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. Craig initially came to provide a free quote, he was on time, polite and not pushy or sales orientated. He left the materials and quote with us and checked in a few days later as agreed.

Craig then arranged a site inspection for the job and went through all aspects with us including showing us samples etc. We then had email contact to let us know when the job start date approached to let us know what to expect each step of the way.

The crew arrived and were tidy and worked hard, ensuring the site was clean each day. We encountered a few snags along the way as the digging started but each time these were talked through and solutions found. The team were great and did a brilliant job on prepping the groundworks ready for the resin, which followed a few days later when we had better weather.

I was kept fully informed about the project process and updated on progress from start to finish.
The project unfolded in complete accordance with my expectations.
The initial survey was very professional and inspired confidence. It was also reassuringly informative and welcomingly lacking a forceful sales pitch.
The quotation was clear, well presented and accurate.

The work progressed quickly in accordance with the schedule. The site teams were very courteous and clearly highly skilled and fully briefed. My property was respected.
All work was undertaken with the minimum of delay, noise and inconvenience, to me or my neighbours.

After the work was completed (on a Friday) my next contact with Yorkshire Resin was a phone call mid-morning on the following Monday. The phone call was all about my experience, my view on the work, any problems I may have with the finished work (I have none) etc. Only after all these enquiries about my project satisfaction was the request made for payment. I found this particularly refreshing and professional.

Excellent services prior to fitting of the driveway, all questions answered and feeling that the company really cares. Installation itself was handled professionally. We had issues with weather causing delays, but obviously that is just down to our wonderful climate! Aside from this, everything went smoothly and happy with the end result.

We talked over our requirements with Craig who then produced a quote which we accepted. It was a short while before we were given a start date, which then got pushed back twice.
Our project involved the removal of an old two-track concrete drive and about 20 square metres of paving slabs. The ground crew led by Jacob then excavated the area, put in and compacted hardcore and cemented in all the edging bricks. A thick layer of tarmac was laid which again was levelled. (Unfortunately for this crew, the amount delivered was short of requirements, a mistake beyond their control so they had to return the next day). This ground crew were excellent, Jacob keeping us informed of the status of the job throughout. When their role was over, the area was power washed, including the road and pavement. It was several days before the final surface was laid though - the weather is very much a deciding factor in this final process. It was finished to perfection. The team took such care to make sure the final surface was exactly right.
With any construction project delays can occur with knock-on effects to and from other jobs, so one can't complain too much if everything doesn't go like clockwork. The final product, however, makes it all worthwhile. It really is a quality product.

We enjoyed watching the progress of our drive and we were kept up to date with every stage. The final result is transformative and we couldn’t be happier with our drive. Really great experience with the Yorkshire Resin Company. They turned up when they promised, on time every day, and worked hard. Very professional in terms of communication and documentation too, confirming everything clearly in writing before proceeding. They weren’t the cheapest quote we received (nor the most expensive either), but they gave a much greater air of professionalism than others who quoted, and we are delighted with the end result - a very smart, well-done resin-bonded driveway that has received plenty of positive feedback from our neighbours.
