We talked over our requirements with Craig who then produced a quote which we accepted. It was a short while before we were given a start date, which then got pushed back twice.
Our project involved the removal of an old two-track concrete drive and about 20 square metres of paving slabs. The ground crew led by Jacob then excavated the area, put in and compacted hardcore and cemented in all the edging bricks. A thick layer of tarmac was laid which again was levelled. (Unfortunately for this crew, the amount delivered was short of requirements, a mistake beyond their control so they had to return the next day). This ground crew were excellent, Jacob keeping us informed of the status of the job throughout. When their role was over, the area was power washed, including the road and pavement. It was several days before the final surface was laid though - the weather is very much a deciding factor in this final process. It was finished to perfection. The team took such care to make sure the final surface was exactly right.
With any construction project delays can occur with knock-on effects to and from other jobs, so one can't complain too much if everything doesn't go like clockwork. The final product, however, makes it all worthwhile. It really is a quality product.

From our initial enquiry through to the last trowel of resin laid we couldn’t be happier. The teams were so professional and friendly. We enjoyed watching the progress of our drive and we were kept up to date with every stage. The final result is transformative and we couldn’t be happier with our drive. Really great experience with the Yorkshire Resin Company. They turned up when they promised, on time every day, and worked hard. Very professional in terms of communication and documentation too, confirming everything clearly in writing before proceeding. They weren’t the cheapest quote we received (nor the most expensive either), but they gave a much greater air of professionalism than others who quoted, and we are delighted with the end result - a very smart, well-done resin-bonded driveway that has received plenty of positive feedback from our neighbours.

We recently had around 50 square metres of resin work completed in our back garden by The Yorkshire Resin Company and overall the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The groundwork team came first and spent four solid days preparing the area properly. This included removing old concrete slabs, lifting an area of block paving that had concrete underneath, excavating the area, laying hardcore and then tarmacking. It was clear from the outset that these lads believed in doing the job properly rather than taking shortcuts.

Mrs B would also like to personally thank the groundwork team for the unexpected topless parade during the very hot tarmac work. Morale appeared to remain extremely high throughout!

The resin team then returned once the weather allowed, as resin and rain are obviously not the best of friends. The finish they achieved was outstanding. The resin was laid with real precision and the completed area looks absolutely brilliant.

Both teams worked extremely hard, turned up on time every day, and were friendly, polite and courteous throughout.

The only issue encountered actually turned into a major positive. During excavation, the digger exposed a very poor electrical cable connection running from the house to the garage. The cable was tugged slightly during the digging which revealed how unsafe the connection really was. Had this not been discovered, I dread to think what could have happened once water eventually got into it and caused a failure.

To Yorkshire Resin’s credit, they arranged for an electrician team who replaced the old cable with proper armoured cable and did an excellent job.

From sales, project management and installation through to the management team themselves, everyone was professional and easy to deal with.

Great service and final finish looks good. There was only a slight delay but this was due to rain delaying the final resin being installed. The office kept us informed all the way and rescheduled the work as quickly as possible. Very pleased.

The workmen ( cain,lewis and harry) were very friendly/professional and polite young men who did a great job with the groundwork. They were a pleasure to have around.
I didnt meet the resin team but they have done a great/neat job too.

We arranged 3 quotes before choosing The Yorkshire Resin Company to install our resin driveway. Craige did a very detailed assessment, made several useful suggestions and provided a detailed, professionally presented and competitive quote. There was no sales pressure at all. We were given a useful brochure with plenty of detail about the business, product and process. We were also able to visit the showroom in Leeds to look at larger samples.
There was a slight delay on the start date due to staff illness, but otherwise the job went as planned. Good communication throughout. The teams who carried out the ground preparation and the final resin finish were punctual, polite, efficient and hard working. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job and we are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.

We recently had our muddy back garden, side, and front paths excavated and replaced with Brittney bronze resin and edging blocks, plus a 7-metre planter. The entire transformation was completed in just 7 working days.
The resin looks exactly how we envisioned it, and our house entrance now looks fantastic! Every member of the team was polite, professional, and a pleasure to have here. We are incredibly happy with the results and highly recommend their work.

We couldn't be happier with our new resin driveway and glad we chose to have it done by the Yorkshire Resin Company. From start to finish they provided a professional service and no issue was too big. The only criticism is on one of the days we received a message saying they wouldn't be coming due to adverse weather. Outside, however, it was sunny with a slight breeze. What we thought were pretty perfect conditions. This put us back a day which wouldn't typically be an issue, but because there is no on street parking, we were having to pay for a 24 hour car park. Despite this, the groundwork team managed by Dec went above and beyond to bring the project back within the agreed timescales. We couldn't give these guys enough credit and they are a real asset to the company. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the end result and grateful to everyone involved.

Yorkshire Resin were a pleasure to deal with, from initial estimate to the finished drive. We made a few changes from the initial estimate and nothing was too much bother for them. The showroom was excellent with all the different resin colours and edging blockwork. The finished drive looks awesome, lots of lovely comments from the neighbours on how good the drive looks. The company were very accomodating to our needs to resurface our resin drive after Northern Gas had cut a trench to install a new gas pipe. When Craig arrived to assess the job he gave us several options for us to consider. The team that did the work were very professional and efficient, turning up on time, and clearing up after they had finished. The finish is exceptional and I would recommend the Company to anyone requiring a resin drive.

Right from the initial consultation, when we were shown resin and block colours, and the process was described and discussed, to the finished product, a new resin driveway, the service from the Yorkshire Resin Company has been excellent. Communication was regular throughout, we were told how the work would progress and how it would be staged. The team who dug out the old drive and laid the hardcore, tarmac and blocks were great and the clean up following this work was amazing, something you don't always see. Everything was swept and waterblasted, including the pavement and the road. The incessant wet weather in February did slightly delay the application of the resin coat but that's out of anyone's control. A break in the weather allowed it to be laid a few days later by another great team of guys who answered all our questions relating to care and cleaning and left the area spotless. It's a great finish, rock solid, porous and very attractive, this new driveway really enhances the property. We've received the after sales pack so all in all, a very good service from this company, a good team of people to deal with. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Yorkshire Resin Company for this type of work, they really make a difference.

Absolutely a 5 star experience from Yorkshire Resin. Every step of the way towards my beautiful new drive was faultless. From my first phone call to completion everything was done on schedule, with regular emails keeping me updated. The groundwork team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, everything was left clean and tidy, they were helpful and polite and worked as quietly as they could.
Power cleaning before the laying of the resin left everything ready, even the street outside was cleaned. Finally the resin was laid, again by a polite, helpful team, and now it done and I’m very pleased indeed.

Good all-round experience and an excellent finished product at a reasonable price. Driveway was excavated down to a good depth before laying the drive. Finished work looks great and feels high-quality - brickwork is neat, resin surface is super smooth.
