Our case manager was Nicola Sands and she made the process easy for us, despite us having to get the mortgage re-offered a couple of times. Questions were answered quickly and efficiently. I found the website fairly quick and easy to use to be able to keep up to date on whereabouts in the process we were.

I would like to share very positive feedback regarding my experience with Your Conveyancer and mainly Alan and his team.
From start to finish, the team were consistently helpful, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain each step of the conveyancing process, articulate complex legal points in a way that was easy to understand, and ensure that all aspects of the transaction were properly addressed.

We have used Your Conveyancer on several occasions and found the service to be first class. The client portal provides up to the minute information and milestones during the mortgage or remortgage application process and clearly shows any outstanding provider and client responsibilities.
My most recent transaction was the discharge of a standard security on completion of a mortgage repayment. Karen Murdoch completed the process in the space of one week and we are now in receipt of the digital copy of the title deeds.

Unbeknown to us, our original conveyancing solicitor was closed down by the SRA last year, at a point when Land Registry had not completed our Deed transfer due to several unanswered queries.
